(Translated by Google) The town you want to live in, Inokashira Park in the upper Kichijoji, the trees are beautiful and the shade is good! ! Because there is a pond on holidays, it is the best for a walk because the feeling is relaxed. The park's flea market is unique and self-contained, and there are even more unusual things! ! Kichijoji itself has many unique shops and many locals who have lived for a long time.

Beautiful park with lovely walks around the lake. So much to see in this super green, dog friendly space. There's a Zoo, shrines, a small temple, coffee shops. A lovely walk right near Kichijoji centre and station.

(Translated by Google) 2021/3/10 The town of Kichijoji continues to end at 20:00 due to the extension of the state of emergency. We, who became bar refugees, were on a hidden bench in Inokashira Park. The road to Inokashira Park is also a basic ghost town. FamilyMart alone wins. Well, even though it's outdoors, all the places in the park where you can sit are ultra-ultra-dense. That's right. I don't have a restaurant. The second state of emergency has also passed 1.5 months. Is everyone on the verge of an explosion? Taking advantage of the land of former locals, avoid the front and the stage side, and sit on a bench in a secret place with few people. It's still early to see the cherry blossoms, but it's been a while since people gathered and the atmosphere was awesome. This is what it feels like to be an ant if you pay close attention to it. Degassing is also important. However, let's be careful of everyone.

This is an excellent park, and a great place to escape some of the noise and busyness of Tokyo. Apart from the lake, which you can explore with rentable paddle and row boats, there's also a variety of walking paths that cut through and around it, with a temple and some different shops. In addition, there's plenty of great restaurants and small stores within easy walking distance and the park itself is not far at all from the train station. You could easily spend a whole day here 🤙🏼

A perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Sakura viewing, boat cruising, pond, wild life, zoo, Temple, museum, basketball and tennis courts there is nothing that this place doesn't have so close to the city. Inokashira for life. Is so hard not to fall in love with this piece of paradise.

Beautiful park to explore Sakura but one should either come early morning during weekend or on a weekday. Weekend gets really crowded and it becomes difficult to spend more time in the park. The view is worth a visit though.

Expansive, very well designed and maintained green space, with plenty of playgrounds and amenities. Suitable for all kinds of activities. Beautiful, diverse sceneries, all year round.

Park was so lovely in autumn - lots of fall colors. Convenient and near to train stations. There are cafes in the park, too in case one is hungry and thirsty. Numerous paths for walking, biking and running. There’s a zoo and boat rentals during the warmer seasons. Lots of benches and clean restrooms.

(Translated by Google) It was a tough and stuffy night when I parted from her, so I hurriedly ran a bicycle and ran without choosing a destination. I found out that I was in this park. Even though it was 8 o'clock in the evening, people were quite crowded, a group enjoying fireworks, a couple quietly leaning on the bench, and two girls who were consulting for job hunting, all came for their own reasons. I watched the moon and the pond for a while from the bridge which was up in the dark. She has been dating for three years and six months. I can't forget it so easily. Looking at her instagram, I saw her making me happy, and it became painful again. I can't touch each other or eat rice together. I want to be together again. I want to get along. I think it's all the bad stuff. Since I'm dating, I always thought that I could meet and play. I didn't think of her first. I had priority. She often wrote letters. It was a very heartfelt and best letter. Birthdays, anniversaries... I was very happy every time. But I didn't write many letters. I'm so happy to be myself. I don't want to admit it, but was it embarrassing or annoying? I often say that I notice it after I lose it, but it really is. Tokyo-. There are many people, but it's cold somewhere. Yet the wind is enthusiastic and moist. Is there anybody who feels the same as me now? I really wanted her to be Inokashira Park.

I went here during my lunch break for a stroll on the park and was very impressed with how nice it was. There are pedal boats, cafes, a stage area, and lots of great places to take photos. Plus it wasn’t overly crowded. Pros: - Great date spot - Japanese temple - Cafes - They do sell beer in the park if you drink - Lots of trails and paths - Open space and stage area for performances Cons: - Bugs, you should bring or wear insect repellent

Very nice park especially during Sakura season, although it’s always annoyingly crowded because of hanami. Even with Covid-19 and measures forbidding hanami, people were all still there. Some areas were even closed as you can see from the pictures, but people were not discouraged by that. Everyone was there, they just had less space to walk and hence it was more dangerous. Pretty pointless! Covid aside, I like walking into the park and looking at people having fun on the swan boats, I haven’t tried them myself yet! Edit: I went back and tried the swan boats! So much fun and such a great idea for a date! I think it was a ¥700 ride for 30 min.

A beautiful park near the Ghibli Museum that's worth budgetting time to walk through. I went during autumn and the autumn leaves were stunningly beautiful especially againt the lake and water features. The park is well managed, clean and paths were comfortable. There were also various restaurants in case you get hungry.

Amazing park. Very calm, not that much people. On spring cherry blossoms are beautiful. Lots of places to wander arround and a beautiful lake for pictures or eating on the grass. You can also ride different boats and get arround the lake for better pictures.

Such a beautiful park! The cherry blossoms were beautifully bloomed while we were here. We initially came to this area for the Ghibli museum and I’m so glad we took the time to walk around the park afterwards. We rented a pedal boat and took a ride on the lake. Even if you don’t plan on going to the museum, this park is a must!

It’s a beautiful park easily accessible from Shibuya. The park looks amazing especially in the late fall when the leaves turn red. There are bunch of benches to sit and watch the scenery around the pond. A few cafes are available in the park.

One of my favorite parks in Tokyo! It's usually not as crowded compared to other parks located closer to the Tokyo center so you get to fully enjoy it without meeting too many people on your stroll (except, of course, for cherry blossom viewing season). It ties together really well with the closely located Ghibli museum so I definitely recommend exploring this beautiful green space before or after visiting the museum~

We visited Inokashira Park in March, then return in April at the end of our trip. Obviously, we loved it, since we went back! We loved the swan boat rental, the beautiful setting, the small aquatic animal zoo and more. The park felt large but intimate and a bit less touristed, more local. There were ice cream vending machines, if course, as well as a small cafe at the zoo.

Arguably the best park in Tokyo, very well maintained. During weekend, the park is very happening with locals, within the park there are plenty of spot to hang around, relaxing with a cup of coffee. The busy walking street towards the train station has many to offer, worth to check out, The park is connected to Ghibli’s museum, good to allow some time strolling while visiting the museum.

Great place to spend time with friends and family. The park looks more gorgeous during autumn( red leafs) and spring(cherry blossom) season. People can ride boat during any season, but boat rental time is until 4pm. Price is 700¥ per boat. Upto 3 people can seat on one boat. There are paddle boat though, I enjoyed rowing boat. In the park a number of people spend quality time with their pets too.

(Translated by Google) It's a 5-6 minute walk from Kichijoji station, but once you step in, you'll find a relaxing space without crowds. A park with many people getting on trains and buses as well as neighbors. There is also a boat facility in the central pond, which is often used by families and couples. I'm really grateful that there is such a park in the middle of the city. There are also fashionable cafes, restaurants and bars around, so it's an area where you can enjoy yourself if you hang out on the weekends. It is a park where you can enjoy the autumn leaves if the season is good. (Translated by Google) After going on a kindergarten excursion Dozens of years! ️ Walk along the Kanda River to Inokashira Park. It's been 100 years since the park opened four years ago. It is a refreshing and comfortable park that makes you want to breathe in the air whenever you come. The park is cherry blossoms 🌸, but there are trees and giant trees waiting for spring in every corner of the promenade as well as around the pond at Inokashira. It has been selected as one of Japan's Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots, so it's wonderful! It is ️. There is Ochanomizu in the back of the pond, and it seems that it is now pumped up, but a drop of it is from Inokashira Pond. It will be a drop of a large river that joins the Kanda River and then the Sumida River and flows into Tokyo Bay. It was the first time I read the information board and found out. ❗ There is also Benzaiten, and it is an oasis that heals just because there are bridges and boats over the pond. You can have a good time with your family, lover and friends. Of course, I walked with my husband. It was a 20km round trip excursion. Scenic views during the cherry blossom (Sakura) season. Worth visiting and trying the boat ride during spring. Overall the park is really beautiful and is also connected to the Ghibli Museum. Great access from Tokyo, Shibuya and Shinjuku stations. Inokashira park is a lively park, usually see people walking their pets and playing musical instruments. On occasion I have seen some rare pets like large lizards, etc. There is also a temple and lake in the middle with boat rentals. 1 hour boat rental costs 600 yen. Row boat is harder to row in winter. Peddle boat will be convenient. Ghibli studio is 1km away from the park and walkable. Surrounding the park many cafes and restaurants available. Also there are many used and new clothing stores. I particularly like a hippie style shop, if I am not wrong it’s name is “Nakaya Mugen”,etc.

Inokashira Park was a beautiful and serene escape from the bustling city. The park features lush greenery, tranquil ponds, and a variety of interesting attractions. I particularly enjoyed walking along the scenic paths and taking in the lovely scenery. The park is a popular spot for hanami (cherry blossom viewing) in the spring and the scenery is breathtaking. There are also several small museums and exhibitions within the park, including a musical instrument museum and a puppet theater, that add to the park's charm. The park is also home to a small zoo and a small amusement park with a carousel and other fun rides for kids. There are also several food stalls and restaurants on the premises, offering a range of dining options. Inokashira Park is a great place to spend a relaxing day. Whether you're looking for a peaceful escape or a fun-filled adventure, this park has something for everyone. I highly recommend a visit!

The park was very clean, and all dogs were leashed and properly handled. The atmosphere was peaceful yet lively with joggers, families, vendors selling handcrafted goods (average ¥100), birdwatchers, etc. There were bridges, shrines, and more to take memorable photos with loved ones, and regardless of the season, the trees and animals added to the beauty of the photos. Refer to the park map for the zoo & aquarium, but check for opening ours as depend on seasons and close earlier during the winter.

The park is incredibly beautiful, with lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and serene lakes that reflect the clear blue sky. Majestic trees provide shade, while winding pathways invite peaceful walks. The scent of blooming flowers fills the air, and the tranquil ambiance makes it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Nature’s harmony is on full display, making it a picturesque and enchanting place to immerse oneself in the wonders of the outdoors.

We took a stroll around the park before we went to ghibli Museum. It was magnificent in January! We later went to Ghibli Museum as our tickets permitted entrance at 4. The museum was amazing, I loved it so much. They had a little 20 min screening of a movie they made; I think exclusively for the park. There weren't many seats so we had to sit on the stairs, it wasn't the comfiest but I'm glad we didn't have to wait another 20 minutes; line was about 30+ people long or so. Cameras were prohibited in the interior of the museum, which was a bummer.

It has an area of over 410,000 m2 and spans Mitaka City and Musashino City. 《Named by Iemitsu Tokugawa》 Tokugawa Ieyasu, who opened the Edo Shogunate, praised the spring water at Inokashira as the best water in the Kanto region. In addition, Tokugawa Iemitsu is said to have named Inokashira because it is the water source of Kanda Josui water that supports the life of Edo. Kanda Josui was made from the time of Ieyasu Tokugawa's entry into Edo, and the water source was Inokashira Pond in the early days of Edo. 《Kanda River water source》 Inokashira Pond is the water source of the Kanda River. In the Edo period, the water source was completely spring water, but now the source is covered by pumping groundwater. <<Beyond History>> Impressed by the fact that Inokashira Pond, which is a little far from Edo, supported the lives of people in Edo, I realized again the precision of the Tokugawa Shogunate's urban planning. Strolling along the lake will relieve the tiredness of living in the city.

Situated in Western part of Tokyo Inokashira Park has a pond surrounded by cherry trees, which makes it extremely popular during the spring - Hanami (i.e. cherry blossom viewing) season. Nonetheless, photography lovers will find it equally appealing during the autumn as well, with the coloured leaves providing a nice frame for the small temple located in the park. You can rent peddle and rowing boats, which make it a nice spot for a romantic date. Apparently there are also an aquarium and petting zoo. Anime passionate should not miss the Ghibli Museum.

I visited in winter so not busy at all. Plenty of space and time to wander around and trying to imagine how it must have looked like in olden times. You will find hints of that here and there. A reasonable amount of things to see. I found it very interesting to actually observe the beginning of the famous Kanda river. As well as to see the spring (Ochanomizu) that was used by a shogun to make tea. Ofcourse the shrine with a wonderful view over the Inokashira pond is beautiful as well.

Lovely park. If you visit the shrine, remember to wash your hands at the designated area to be respectful! Also, definitely wear bug repellent, there are many aka (mosquitos). There's quite a bit to do in addition to the shrine, including rental boats and animal watching (there are even guides available to help you identify the birds and fish). This park was fairly wheelchair accessible, though the shrine may be difficult to navigate in a manual chair.
