I made my order on the 13th of July and It didn't get fulfilled till 6th of August. If you are in a hurry, they will disappoint you. The segun table I ordered for was of good quality and I love the design.

Taeillo is one horrible company, Apart from late deliveries of product and so many extentions after passing turn around time period. This is not the first, second and third time I'd be facing these horrible delivery system. As a 21st business with market audience for digital nomads, content creators and remote developers. Time is one life fsctor we don't week. 2 weeks extra after waiting a month for product production phase and still don't have the product yet.

Great products, bad customer experience... A contemporary, classy brand, Taeillo deliver sterling quality and you can tell it's not bluff whe you see and feel their products. Pros You would love your items when you do get it. May take eons but you'd have no choice but to love it You can easily other on the website There's flexible payment option so you can pay in tranches. Your item will be processed only after you have completed the full payment Cons The one big flaw they have is in the speed of service delivery and in customer service. While they promise a 20 business day delivery timeline, - which is too long in my opinion - they are usually unable to meet up with that. So there's apparently a manpower and service delivery gap that they need to fill before they continue running all those their plenty ads on IG. To worsen an already bad situation, they aren't really responsive via email or WhatsApp except you call them out on social media and call their attention to a mail or WhatsApp message you sent. Overall, I'd rate them an easy 5 stars for quality but 2 stars for slow service delivery and poor customer service

Whatever you do, DO NOT order from Taeillo. I placed an order on the 3rd of June. Today is August 1st, I'm yet to receive my items. Asides the issue with getting your items on schedule, the customer support is rubbish. No one will follow up with you until you post online or request for a refund. They will not respond to your emails, they will not pick your calls, they will delete your comments on their page. I can't speak on the quality of their products but it absolutely cannot be worth more than 2 months' wait. I'll update on the quality of the items IF I do get them as I'm still pursuing a refund right now. ETA: The products are absolutely not worth the wait. I waited over 2 months for goods that were eventually basic. Recommendation is to stay away from Taeillo. They're rubbish.

Good furniture but terrible after-sales service even with a fault that came with the items that was delivered. Several follows and I am being ignore and no resolution is given. So disappointing

This is one of the worst customer experience I have ever had from a company. Taeilo is just so self centered rather than customer centred. They delayed my order without any justifiable reason other than the standard we are sorry. When making enquiry about my order, it took forever for them to get back to me. Time for pickup, they said I can only come for pickup on a weekday. For someone that is a working class, how can I possibly come around on a weekday? I tried explaining to them and even requested if I can be allow to come on a weekend, you guessed right, they never cared, the feedback was weekday or nothing.

Warning!!! Don’t waste your money or think twice about spending your money on this company. I ordered jumi prime bed and amakisi wardrobe on 21st June 2021 the parts didn’t arrive until 9th august 2021. When the parts arrived I was not informed on who or how it will be assembled the deliveryman was as confused as me. Fast forward 9 days after delivery the carpenter arrives to assemble the parts just for him to tell me parts for the wardrobe are missing(the legs, hanging steel, lever, etc). We tried to contact customer care and we were to told the team lead for that isn’t around and has travelled to a place without network. The carpenter assembled the bed and left, he calls me two days after and tells me he has the parts ready(he bought it himself the missing parts) and he will come the next day to assemble it. He starts assembling and realises the sizes of the wood won’t fit and had to start reducing the size. He barely managed to assemble the wardrobe and the legs(the wardrobe shakes) he used was not the one on their website the whole gist is the wardrobe looks like a road side furniture. The wardrobe looks like nothing from what I saw from their website and Instagram. Fast forward today 11th September 2021 the bed is broken(all I do on this bed is sleep). Taeillo is a disaster, from materials to logistics to assembly. Stay away from them, you’re better off finding a local carpenter or an alternative. I regret buying furniture from them my mistake was patronising a local business that in turned scammed me.

This brand has the worst customer experience for a brand that pretends to be luxury. It's very disappointing how one can trust a brand and they will not deliver. I placed an order since December 28th and I had to be the one following up with them for the update on my order. Whether it has been received or the expected time for delivery. Till now, I still haven't gotten my order and it's January 17th. I left a comment complaining about their customer service on their Instagram and they deleted it. The audacity to do that knowing you have extremely poor customer service. I highly do not recommend them and I regret purchasing from their store.

Beautiful showroom experience!!! The exterior space can double as an event space for an intimate gathering of 10-20 persons. The interior space also has a beautiful workstation. I’m impressed by the great works of Taeillo, against all odds. Bravo to the entire team! 👏

Taeillo makes good quality, affordable furniture. They’ll be unstoppable with an equally passionate logistics company. My lovely Taeillo experience was quite inhibited by their logistics partners but Taeillo took responsibility and even compensated me so I’m satisfied with the experience overall.
