The
Shoreline
Inn
has
been
our
family
vacation
headquarters
over
the
last
5-6
years.
We
haven't
stayed
anywhere
else
as
we
felt
like
we
didn't
need
to....until
now.
The
pros:
service
is
always
very
good.
They
try
hard
and
means
something.
The
location
is
awesome.
At
the
marina
it's
nice
to
wake
up
to
the
lake
breeze
and
see
a
sunset
from
your
room.
Jts
also
about
15-25
minutes
from
the
beach,
Michigan
adventure
and
Lewis
Farms
with
walking
distance
to
the
downtown
area.
The
cons:
this
hotel
is
seriously
outdated.
Like
bad,
especially
for
the
premier
price
point
it's
set
at
and
I
don't
see
how
they
could
really
modernize
it
without
closing
it
down
for
a
long
period.
The
rooms
have
holes
and
spackling
in
it,
uncomfortable
beds,
unpredictable
water
pressure
in
the
shower,
unpredictable
pool/jacuzzi
operations
and
no
real
security
in
entering
the
hotel
from
the
front
or
back.
The
security
guard
is
only
good
for
watching
YouTube
videos
and
vaping.
We've
seen
several
families
just
pull
up
and
walk
into
the
pool
area
(which
can
get
full
and
wild
quick).
The
hotel
bar
is
good
for
a
drink
but
closes
way
too
early
(bar
at
10
and
pool
at
11?).
Overall,
knowing
what
it
is
going
into
it
the
stay
can
be
more
tolerable
but
we
will
definitely
explore
options
in
our
next
stay
to
get
more
for
our
hard
earn
money.
