Very ugly conditions, not at all good service, unmannered culturless staff, especially in labour room. Horrible experience. Cleaning department is utter flop. They don't clean the floor. Full of dust everywhere, government hospital is better than this. Full of mosquitoes, you can have fun with catching them. Too much delay in billing and pharmacy. Horrible experience. Please don't choose this hospital.

A great initiative on the Cooperative front. Well equipped departments and experienced staff. Doctors are well experienced in their respective filed. State of the art building and equipment. Staff are of helping nature and courteous. Excellent quality of the treatment provided. It's indeed a boon for local people

Thank you MCS for your casualty nursing staff ! They were a big help in attending to the needs of my father. Their care and treatment was greatly appreciated. A very special thank you to Dr. Ashok for stepping out from his OP time to give personal one on one care in treating my bed ridden father. My father is severely physically debilitated and has no speech ability.This was our first visit to the MCS casualty and I was greatly impressed with the treatment and care my father received by the casualty team. I think this hospital has become a blessing for many local people also it provide very good treatments also better staffs and doctors, and Kerala CM Shri Pinarayi Vijayan innaugurated this hospital.

Want to wait for 45 min to 1 hr for every visit at pharmacy.. pls appoint more staffs...which will much helpfull for patients.....
