Yesterday, my friend and I visited KFC in Faisalabad for lunch. We ordered two Mighty Zinger burgers, but unfortunately, we found a hair stuck in one of the burger buns. We immediately called over a service staff member and showed him the issue. He consulted with another person, and this process continued. The overall quality and service were quite disappointing. It felt as if we were dining at a local shop rather than a renowned brand like KFC. We were very disappointed with both the quality of the food and the service provided. I have attached relevant pictures, videos, and the invoice as proof of our experience.

My personal favorite burger is the mighty Zinger Burger. With Huge fillet n Cheese. it aims to fill your hunger.

I ordered food to deliver for my guests at my home. I received order and paid to the delivery guy. When i opened, its totally burned refried chicken pieces which was full of oil bitter in taste and the chicken in the crunch burger was less than half. I complaint to kfc about their food and they didn't bother it and even a single person from the kfc didn't contact me for explaining. I constantly called them 5 days and nobody did contact with me. I totally wasted my money.

I ordered Family Festival 1, 2 buckets of wings and 3 cruch burgers. I was shocked to see the smelly chicken wings, the cold and dry crunch burgers containing stale salad. The wings were not delivered in buckets. Instead, they were in boxes that were not even properly closed. When I asked the staff, they said they are out of buckets. The tomato ketchup was also out of stock, they only gave me chilli garlic saches. Burger didnt have cheese, when I asked, the reply was same, out of stock. If i pay in full, I expect full food! NOT stale and food with partial stuff. I was a regular KFC Dground customer but that is not the case anymore. Wont go there ever again!

KFC is a international restaurant and it fast food very teasty like a chekan barger.A guest from Karachi came with me on my last visit. We placed an order and we got it in three to four minutes.Their chicken in particular is very fresh and the staff is very friendly.When you are hungry, it is the quickest and best way to get rid of hunger.

I personally visited kfc as i usually does to get food there i came to know that Kfc d ground is under renovation and had moved to next building located above a gym. and there i found out the walls are very dirty and miserable and second thing i noted is that there employees including manager use gym equipment in mid of duty which is a bad aspect cause gym equipments are full of sweat and germs. Will Never order kfc again!

Very busy with long queues for ordering and for taking your food. They should have more service counters and should train staff for processing orders and making food at a fast pace. Another issue in this locality is parking. Since it's a very busy area especially at dinner time, finding nearby parking can be a real pain. Overall experience was good but not excellent.

I visited the location last Wednesday staff were very unprofessional and manager attitude was not good. They exchange chicken pieces with customers on regularly basics with out take care of public health.

By the passage of time they are loosing their quality and taste and hiking prices Its just the symbol status for some people but if one compares taste I think street vendors are more fresh and delicious than this brand kfc

Excellent food quality. Burgers are really tasty and specially the fried chicken is really awesome. It's not only very reasonably fried but also not too Oily. Fries are also good. Ice cream is also good. However, coffee is not that much worth spending. Overall a very good experience to be there for having fast food.

Sorry to say but KFC service standard is very low. Yesterday we take a dine in deal of zingratha & in the advisortisement screen are free soft drink with zingratha but they charged us separately. 2nd the tray was not clean in which we got served.

After years of good service the branch is no longer in the hands of capable people. No discipline and staff behaviour is like they never got training.

Very congested and always crowdy! No drive-thru, and it’s congested to just order at counter if you just are a person who doesn’t like standing very close to people in public! Even the staff isn’t very professional, except few were very kind! The family area upstairs is almost fine and better than ground floor!

Regular KFC like every other KFC. Although a bit more crowded than other KFC's in the city due to its location in the central D-Ground. Despite it being crowded the staff is very nice and cooperative. The only problem other than it being overcrowded sometimes would be it's washrooms. It has a single washroom for each sex. So it's pretty much always occupied in rush hours.

Building and sitting arrangements are good. Taste is also good. But staff were having lack of experience, We had to repeat our order several times but still we got wrong/less items. Things we ordered to be included in Dine were added to Takeout and Takeout items weren't even in order And further more they weren't able to complete drinks in order and we had to notify them. We didn't had much time to reorder. So, We had to compromise with that. Overall my rating could have been 5 stars if order taking person was an experienced one.

Food was gd but sitting area is not enough so much rush in weekends so there should b more area for sitting to avoid inconvience for people.

KfC was once deteriorated in Pakistan.. And lost its popularity and share. But then they came back with a bang. Quality Intl standard. Taste same as abroad. KfC revived itself in Pakistan. Quality of food and value for money.

I go there many time but always in lunch time there is deficiency of staff. Too much rush first wait for order queue for 10 minutes then for order collection need 15 minutes . Table service also not available . Deficiency of staff is problem need to hire more staff especially in lunch time.
