This is nice budget hotel to stay. Rooms are good. Bathroom can be improved. No shower in bathroom and seat was shaking due to loose cement. Staff is cooperative and gives respect to customers. Check in experience was ok, as they took some time to get rooms ready, even though we booked rooms in advanced.

Better for just stay.. basic toiletry kit should be provided.. Restaurant facilities Nil... needs lot of improvement... suitable for just changing clothes..

One of the best hotels to stay in Mysore near Vijay Nagar. Very close to Convention Centers and Hospital. Also nearby to many restaurants. Very quiet location, best for family and friends looking for a budget business hotel with neat and clean rooms and humble services. Overall I would give a 5 star for their service location and rooms.

Non ac room charged 4500 for 4 adults where as bed is provided for only 3 people ...after multiple followup for extra bed no response.....if not capable of providing extra bed then why u guys are taking money ....what fun u are changing for 4 people and providing bed to only 1 person.....no towels and no dental kit and no soap....waste of your money I stringly don't recommend this hotel No

It was as nice experience and staff are very friendly. Mr. Papanna help us more and treated like Family, Guide. Thank you for your helping. I'm so happy and I will come next time .

It's a better choice to stay in this residency, whenever u come to vijayanagara, mysore. Good rooms with excellent hospitality from the staffs. I recommend this residency for all. It's an honest review. Please check it out.

I have bad experience 😔 we book the rooms via phone 📱they told 3x bed room is available one is single bed another one is double bed cot we r booked that and paid advance also but when we went their rooms are very small in that small room they arrange single bed and a double bed very small space between single bed and double bed actually that room to fit for a double bed we thought after booking they arrange the single bed that room look like that and bed are not proper one side up (leg side) and one side down (header side) they told different prices in phone booking (in the phone booking they create the demand, no rooms we arrange for u like that) went walk through rooms price is less

It's and average lodge with basic amenities situated in 4th stage of Vijayanagar, Mysuru. No exclusive car parking is available. One has to park the car on foot path front/adjacent to the lodge. Bathrooms doesn't have proper aeration nor exhaust fan and hence the smell/vapour of the place cannot go out. This irritates the guests who stays in the room. No geysers in bathrooms and hot water is not provided after 9 a.m. However the room tariffs seems too high ( for a non AC room/AC room) keeping the above disadvantages.

As a seasoned business traveler, I really review hotels as there should be an expectation of good accommodation, hk service. However in this instance I have to wax lyrics about this hotel .started with friendlist welcome front desk next were the superb room and facilities, Topping it all of was really efficient and really friendly service from everyone, everyone went out of their way to help and assist in the happiest of manners. Evan check out was very quick and brilliant. especially manager Ram sir is very helpful in organizing our stay in a wonderful manager thanks Ram sir .

Decent rooms for the price. Room size is small and lacks proper ventilation. Staff is good. Location is great. Can consider this if you are here to visit the city and only want to spend the night here.
