Everything was perfect! Clean nice designed room, very new equipment (a/c, locks..), modern bathroom with a nice shower. The staff put a lot of attention to making us happy, we got the water and coffee extremely fast. Special thanks for the laundry, we needed that on the same day and the manager organized it. I can mention the bed sheets and pillow covers weren’t white enough, with the uncleaned marks, probably, because it’s too old. Same towels. Definitely will be back to this place. Highly recommended!

Absolutely awful experience provided to us by individuals with an extremely fraudulent mindset. Communication issues can happen once but not twice, but conveniently ripping us off of our money. See, these people charged us far more than they communicated, why? Because after the advanced payment for booking, they "accidentally" told us the remaining amount for the booking, and not the room charges/tariff,without any written showcase of the sum total, so basically taking the advanced amount as extra. Restaurant food was some of the most sub-par at a quality establishment with cost almost 25% more than surrounding,better restaurants, let alone the rooms. For an exorbitant amount each, a tiny room with half amenities not working, and a key which gets stuck in the doorway. Two interconnected rooms with barely any moving space, for a cost that an individual could get better than, for half the price for both rooms. Also awful behavior from staff, with no interest in helping out, and all this in just half a day. It's honestly impressive how much they could get wrong with a modest family in that small of a time span. So please do yourself a favour, and never go there if you don't want to be ripped off. Also no paper trail for you for the stay, only for them, no bills, or invoices. Stay safe and happy out their people.

Located in central spot in mysore and easily accessible to most tourist attractions. This hotel is good for family stay. And room cleanness is the question, not properly cleaned while check in time and we complained, For this receptionist staff said will clean but after some time also same condition. Also we stayed two days no cleaning happened at all if cleaning switch is kept on at all time. Rest all ok.. And cost is high on demand time.

It was decent enough. But expensive. Doesn't meet the star hotel standards. Except the room tariff though. Parking needs to be improved. It has a underground parking. Parking in too steep for Sedan to enter. :(

We have stayed here for 2 nights with family. This hotel is very pleasant and neat maintenance. The response from hotel staff is excellent and they are very helpful. The restaurant is neat and food taste is good but food quantity is not much for the price paid. Overall, this hotel is good for family stay.

Located centrally and near to all the major sight seeing locations. Polite staff and very quick to address any requests. Food was indeed homely, tasty and quick. Rooms were small , not as big as what seemed in the picture but all other amenities including parking was comfortable. Intermittent AC and light issues but all fixed immediately.All in all a comfortable stay! Recommended !

It was good stay and hospitality was the best. Starting from reception to room boys and hotel staff. Best part of every stay is having good food at your door step. Both dinner and complimentary n Breakfast served at the hotel was excellent. Suggest for a family or stay with friends. I am really satisfied

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, Parking is available either in front of the property or on the curb side or in the basement. Parking is not a breeze as you would expect from a property of this price range. Rooms are also not that spacious. But those shortcomings could be excused considering the location of the property and the kind of service they offer

This place is great. The hotel is in a perfect location. The service, rooms everything was great. The parking place is the basement here which they also use for staff accommodation. If many cars are there then it's difficult. Otherwise it was a great experience

A great and fantastic family hotel just walkable from Mysore Palace. Stay was really good. All the services were on time and perfect. Room was so neat and clean. Food at the restaurant both veg and non veg were tasty and authentic. I would like to thank the hotel manager Mr.Vijay for all his support. He was prompt, polite and very helpful and fullffilled all our needs. Overall a very good hotel which is suitable.for Family and kids.

Location is great. Minutes from palace and main market area. Plenty of eating options around if you don’t want to eat at the attached restaurant. Service is the key highlight here. Vignesh is a super star. He is the main reason for our experience being great. Recommend for small families and friends group.

Excellent hotel with very close to Mysore Palace and Jaganmohan museum and other attractions. Very good restaurant with good food options. The complimentary breakfast was too good with good choices. Overall a great stay with decent room sizes.

Had a good experience staying here. We stayed for 2 nights. All the hotel staffs including the owner very very friendly and took good care of us. It’s also in the prime location & would recommend people to go for it whenever in Mysore.

Good hotel. But i felt they are overpriced compared to the services provided. There is no locker in the room. No sleepers were provided. Also the breakfast buffet menu was very limited. The tv connection was not there. I called in the morning at reception, but they didn't do anything until I called again in the evening. At night they finally called and informed me that the tv connection had been activated. Also I called for toothpaste twice, but they didn't provide it. It should be given in the room. These services are expected, when the restaurant is claiming itself to be 3-star.

Nice hotel located at the Heart of the city, just beside the jaganmohan palace. Nice amenities and very cooperative staff. Even the owner of the property was very good host taking care of the guests personally which is rarely seen. Buffet breakfast was also very good with nice varities and tasty too. Budget for the hotel to seem to be pocket friendly.

Hotel is centrally located ,right next to Jaganmohan palace-Museum. Good place to stay in, Rooms were kept clean and very comfortable. Staff is very well mannered and very accommodating. In house breakfast was tasty. we styed here twice on second visit the joining rooms that we booked were not available and manager was very quick to upgrade us to two separate rooms. satisfied with experience.

Only good thing was the hotel was clean. There are several bad things about the hotel - 1. The staff was fully money minded. I was about to reach at 2pm but the staff started calling us at 11am they were asking sir you have not paid the money I directly told them I will pay for the room once after coming there. Also, every hotel that I went till now charges at the end day when we are vacating the hotel but in this hotel they will first make you pay and then will allow you to enter the room. 2. By mistake some curry falls on the bed sheet that leaves a small stain at the bed sheet. For that the staff has made me to pay 800rs. If this is the behaviour then no one will be coming back. There are much better options available in Mysore please look for that. 3. There was TV in the room but recharge is not done so there was no channels coming in the TV. Completely useless. My suggestions look for other options also.

Front office staff lakshmi was very friendly she is so caring and always smiling. Rooms are 5 star quality. No compromise. Food is very healthy. Less oily. Bathrooms tidy. Pillows and mattress are like heaven they give very sound sleep. Restaurant gives breakfast. And they are quite comfortable with the check out till till 1230 pm

We just recently went there, had a very happy stay, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is very well behaved and food is tasty 🙂 no need to go outside just use their resturant and you are sorted for food as well. Owners are generous and reachable for any concerns of the customer. They all made us feel home. When we were leaving the hotel all the 3-4 staff members of resturant and front desk came to say goodbye to my family. We were overwhelmed to see their love 😃 i would highly recommend this hotel for comfortable and pocket friendly stay..

Had a very good stay in this hotel. The check-in process was quick and they gave rooms quickly. The power wasn't there initially for around 20 minutes. Later it was restored. Rooms are good for a small family and can easily accomadate 3adults. Around 20 minutes walk to the palace. Railway station is bit far but can reach in 7-10 minutes drive through taxi. Better to choose food from outside as some of the stuffs we ordered were salty. Complimentary Breakfast is much limited and they give it in boxes. So decide yourself while booking. Have a decent parking space.

Pro : great location. Located right beside the gallery and we walked and checked it out. Overall experience was good. Rooms weren't awesome but just okay. I had booked through agoda. The staff I found friendly and nice. We stayed there for one day and took the complimentary breakfast option. The breakfast was decent south Indian breakfast. They even served hot crisp dosas. Only con I found was that cleanliness could be improved a bit. Otherwise decent option for the price and location

Super experience. All staffs including MD is very helpful, professional and courteous. Both breakfast and lunch is very good. Foods are fresh and tasty. Room is bit small. All required furniture is there, but not in proper place. Like, there is no space in front of the deck to put the chair. Service is bit slow.

Wonderful stay, staff was super kind and they upgraded us to better room. Make sure you ask for toilet paper and bed sheets could be slightly cleaner. Would recommend as location is perfect.

Very good care provided by hotel team, right from manager to restaurant keeper.. very neat and clean rooms, comfortable super King size bed for family, just walkable distance from the palace for such a low price... Won't. Get better than this.. The food provided was also very tasty. Don't miss the view of Palace lights from the rooftop

We stayed here for a night. We checked in and the staffed was courteous. Smiling and helping. The hotel was tidy, but not clean. Don't get me wrong, it might have been the cleanest hotel in Mysore, but it was still not clean! Whatever we asked for, was provided. However, in place of an extra bed, we got a mattress. The stool inside the room to sit was uncomfortable. We were told there was a buffet for bfast, but we were served everything on our plate. Even when I asked not for something, that was also served. Service was slow as only two people were running the kitchen and waiting in the tables. Too much salt, too small bowls... It's worth a miss! When the manager learned i was not happy, he tried to cheer me up by taking some pictures in and around d property. Look at the amount of grime on a clean table at the morning! (Pic attached)

The hotel has the perfect location.Mysore palace and zoo are at walking distance. The rooms and service were good. The staff service was excellent. The hotel provided top notch rooms at a affordable price.

Hotel location is good. Hotel is clean and having latest technology for lifts and room safety keys. Hotel staff was very polite. I had complementary breakfast. Improvement: Include some North Indian items in breakfast. Only 3 cars can be parked in front of hotel. It seemed basement parking rarely used, it was locked and shutter was dirty.

It was a quick work trip, trident is great property but it is so retired with old styled rooms and clumsy furniture. Once again long weekend all rooms sold out and we reached last so given the rooms in ground floor close to lobby, noise all night. Food was okay not worth like 5 years ago. I’m keen to come back after their renovation next year. The staff is nice and tries helping you out as much.

Had a wonderful stay at Lok Sagar. Took the family room (two connecting rooms), both having individual amenities. The room service was excellent to add with the restaurant was also very good... all freshly made as per orders. Highly recommended for families.
