Don't ever book in this hotel online. I had booked it on Yatra for Rs 1100 approx. But on reaching there the manager told that the room cost is Rs 3000. My tour plan got affected as I had to check in another hotel in last minute. Avoid the scam.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever visited. I booked it based on the high ratings and appealing photographs on MMT provided by the owner. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the rooms were in terrible condition and quite outdated. During check-in, I was informed that they had no record of my MMT booking, and despite the rooms being full, they reluctantly provided a room that was in extremely poor condition. They promised to change the room later, but the alternative they showed me was equally disappointing. The overall state of the facilities in the building was subpar, with evident signs of neglect. It seemed like nothing had been replaced or properly maintained since the hotel's opening. The owner appeared to be attempting to attract customers by showcasing an attractive entrance in the photos, which was misleading compared to the dismal room conditions. This situation forced me to check out early and move to another hotel. To add to the frustration, the owner declined to provide a refund, citing the MMT booking. MMT offered a mere 400 rs coupon as consolation for my troubles. My overall experience was extremely unpleasant. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel, especially if you're traveling with family, as it's likely to lead to arguments and dissatisfaction.

I had worst experience, no maintenance at all. Bathroom was not clean. There was no hot water as promised, bucket and mugs were so dirty in bathrooms. Chairs and curtains were so dirty.

Only the location of the hotel is good for stay near the Bus stand. Old building, poor maintenance. Toilet dirty, taps are defective. Rent charged too much not matching facilities. Overall I will never go there in future.

It was a nice hault at this lodge. Friendliness of the manager Mr. Harish and room attender Mr. Sampath made us homeliness. Very easy accessibility to KSRTC bus stand. Parking facility was also good for 4 wheelers.

Nice staff which gave us quite useful information around and very good location close to all tourist attractions. definitely a good place to have a short stay and book again if I will get back to Mysore

Hotel was very nice and clean.The service was great, especially Mr.Satish was very friendly.Overall a good experience,I would definitely recommend it.

1. The hotel is a walkable distance from central bus station mysore. 2. Bathrooms are not well maintained, they need a lot of improvement 3. Water also seems to be of borewell 4. The hotel does not have an inhouse restaurant and food is required to be ordered from a nearby restaurant 4. The charges for two nights for this room, are on the higher side, though considering vacation time. Most of the rooms were occupied, due to vacation time. If no other option during peak season this can be exolored

Be very careful with this hotel. People working here steals petrol or diesel from your vehicle if you give your vehicle keys for parking.. The third grade hotel that have ever seen.

Rooms are clean and good condition.. 24*7 hot water available... If we visit for vacation they will guide us make arrangements of cabs also... Overall experience is very good

Rooms was so dirty and not so spacious charge to high Air conditioner was dripping water and making noise the room.rent was 3500 and gst it came around 3900rs I stayed in room.203 My personal sudjecton sudjustion is don't go here

This is the worst ever experience with this hotel. They didn't allowed us a room though we booked a room from MakeMyTrip and they are saying. We are not taking the online bookings. That too the behaviour of the Higher authorities are so bad.

Rooms are okayish but price wise it is just enough. It has the basic amenities. More or less clean if you can ignore some stains. Otherwise livable for one single night.

Walkable distance from bus station..old building..need repairs in washrooms.. water leakage can be seen near lift. Price is negotiable and reasonable.. I couldn't bargain..later came to know that same room offered to other at Rs.1000 to 1200 .. those who bargain get good deals. Budget hotel,.. no soaps r toothbrush / paste supplied..only towels provided.

I stayed at heritage inn for 10days as a solo female. I had a very comfortable, safe and wonderful experience here. The staff and owner made me feel like home and were kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained.i I highly recommend this hotel

Rooms are clean and service is good but no complimentary breakfast and room rates are too much high in Christmas season. You can order food as per given menu. Hot water is available

On the basis of heart core of city this hotel was ok. No specifically highlight.. u can stay for a day and time in the city and get back to your work. That's it.

The management is unprofessional.. we didn't ask for to stay 3 males to stay with a women please don't lie... Check the camara ... My friend and girl took a room and I was in a different room I did check out but my friend told me (Still you have 2hours for bus so you be with us will have lunch and then go... But your unprofessional employees dirty mind emerged and made me sit down and we couldn't have lunch together... Camara is a proof and you mentioned 3 males unfortunately you guys don't even know how many were ... If tomorrow my sister and her husband come I can't visit them in your hotel so ask your employees to stop seeing everyone with those bad mentality... If you are strict about those rules now then many unprofessional things would have happened earlier in your hotel I believe

I hav stayed in this room was terrible stay there is no hot water was poor respond from recption guy highly disappointed 😞 do not stay in this hotel before checking anything..... Poor response for all the needs of customer....... Poor fellows don't even provide hot water in early morning too worst property worst experience... Highly price.... Can't recommend any one......

This is my first visit in mysore, Nice hospitality service especially Mr Harish attitude was very nice and i feel some where in my home town it was nice experience and easy to reach from the bus stand
