This
was
one
of
the
worst
hotels
I've
ever
visited.
I
booked
it
based
on
the
high
ratings
and
appealing
photographs
on
MMT
provided
by
the
owner.
However,
upon
arrival,
I
was
shocked
to
find
that
the
rooms
were
in
terrible
condition
and
quite
outdated.
During
check-in,
I
was
informed
that
they
had
no
record
of
my
MMT
booking,
and
despite
the
rooms
being
full,
they
reluctantly
provided
a
room
that
was
in
extremely
poor
condition.
They
promised
to
change
the
room
later,
but
the
alternative
they
showed
me
was
equally
disappointing.
The
overall
state
of
the
facilities
in
the
building
was
subpar,
with
evident
signs
of
neglect.
It
seemed
like
nothing
had
been
replaced
or
properly
maintained
since
the
hotel's
opening.
The
owner
appeared
to
be
attempting
to
attract
customers
by
showcasing
an
attractive
entrance
in
the
photos,
which
was
misleading
compared
to
the
dismal
room
conditions.
This
situation
forced
me
to
check
out
early
and
move
to
another
hotel.
To
add
to
the
frustration,
the
owner
declined
to
provide
a
refund,
citing
the
MMT
booking.
MMT
offered
a
mere
400
rs
coupon
as
consolation
for
my
troubles.
My
overall
experience
was
extremely
unpleasant.
I
strongly
advise
against
choosing
this
hotel,
especially
if
you're
traveling
with
family,
as
it's
likely
to
lead
to
arguments
and
dissatisfaction.
