It’s a great place to stay.... Excellent hospitality..Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Rooms are equiped with well Conditioned AC. Well maintained clean rooms given homely experience. I highly recommend the apartment for locals and foreigners while you visit Mysore. Thanks Unnathi comfort.

There was no TV. No stove. Nobody to attend to you. The bathrooms have no proper ventilation. No exhaust also. For even the basic needs like coffee or snacks there is nothing nearby. It is not worth the 2000 one pa6s. Better stay in a hotel where everything is available for the same price or less.

We stayed for 3 nights we could not sleep peacefully at night because of street dogs barking and howling plenty number of them we were afraid to go out after 8 pm even for a walk rest is fine no room service every room window is open you cannot lock it mosquito enters through these and will not make you sleep this is our experience after paying 7000 rupees per night for 2bhk

We spent a night at this service apartment. My room did not have an attached bathroom and the common bathroom did not have a mirror above the wash basin. My shaving was tricky as each time I had to look into the mirror to shave, I had to return to the room and use the mirror there...it was pretty comical. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

"I strongly advise avoiding this hotel, especially if you're with family. My experience was marred by unethical behavior from the host, extra charges, and an overall unpleasant stay. This is not a suitable choice for a family stay. Both his mind and hotel rooms are dirty" Kindly avoid most importantly I'm sure most of them are fake reviews!!!!!

I booked the room for my guests and their stay was memorable. They were very happy with the care taken by the staff and the facilities at the inn. The rooms are well maintained, staff well behaved, safe and secure place. The management is very sensitive to the needs of the guests. Great value for money as the tariff is lowest in comparison to the hotel of the same class. We are happy that our choice was great - Prof KK Sharma

Absolutely fantastic place. The owner Chandru is a very kind person and very accommodating. We were a 10 in a group with couple of kids and an infant. The appartments given to us were very clean and all basic facilities were there. The room service boy Vijay Kumar is available all the time. The property is located in Avery calm part of the city and you can view Chamundi hills from the top. Strongly recommend this for family or friends.

The place is good near Gnanaganga school Kuvempunagar Mysore but no chefs are inhouse and you should get from outside... No privacy as situated in recidencial area

Very nice location, well maintained.we took the 2 BHK AC unit and found the kitchen well equipped with an electric kettle + microwave+ fridge .Also our unit had a washing machine. We were able to cook food primarily for our little daughter.Very helpful and well stacked place when you are visiting with an Infant . Do call up the place in advanced to request something if it is not part of the standard package e.g. not all Non AC rooms get a functional kitchen.

Property is located in a very descent, calm & quiet area with an adjacent park. Rooms are very spacious. Bathrooms & apartment in general is maintained very spick & span. Includes a kitchen with a stove & a few utensils (we didn't cook during our stay though). Overall great place. Definitely recommend.
