The rooms r very dirty.not hygienic.housekeeping is absolutely 0....they just mop the room floors.the dust and the cob web let there itself not removed from many months.tge windows the mirrors.room mirrors.toilet mirrors r highly dirty.i had met the MD and he doesn't have the sence of speaking to the customers. I highly recommend every one not to stay at this place.very worst experience

Welcome to the world of cockroaches. Small grey roaches. Not one or two but so many of them happily roaming around in the cupboards, we saw them on the windows, on the headboard and when we pulled the bedsheet - voila - lots of them were coming out. There is no phone to call the housekeeping. We had to go down and complain. He said i will come with spray?? But even that didn't happen. Finally I had to go and shout and other customers started staring and then finally he gave us another room on a different floor saying this room is disinfected and on the top floor so no roaches. We scooted out of that place. Bathroom looked okay initially but upon careful observation it's not so clean or neat. There was no shower. There was no hot water. He said there is some switch but there was no heater. We turned it on and waited for an hour. Still only cold water. No one cares and no one helps in this hotel. We finally changed to another hotel but giving all the details so you can beware.

Rooms are big and spacious, but are full of cockroaches. Every where under the bed, in toilet rooms, cockroaches keep coming out. They have not done anything to repel cockroaches. I had stayed one or two days some two years back. Then also, it was situation. This time thought could there be changes for the better. But, sadly, no improvement, Vacated the room on third day to search another hotel. All three days I stayed, cleaning staff did not turn up to clean the room. Overall the experience was not good 😢

Hotel owner doesn't have manners in talking to customers, when we told him about room conditions and facilities, he asked us to leave instead of apologizing. Worker there have better manners than owner. Please don't go by colorful reviews. Just have look at pictures ull know , we landed there unfortunately, but you don't.

During week end its difficult to get hotel and rooms in Mysore. We managed to get rooms here for 5 people room was neat they provided extra bed with 300 Rs extra charge. Room Service was delayed otherwise ok this hotel is near by palace walkable distance.

Stayed here a night with family. Room is very big, hotel very near to all major attractions. However the room was very dirty. The toilet was the worst. No shower, dirty closets and wash basins. No toiletries were provided. Not at all recommended.

The location of this hotel is just wonderful. I am stating wonderful not because it offers a scenic view but because everything is nearby the hotel. Bus stand is at walking distance. Railway station is 2 kms away. Mysore palace is at walking distance. The candidates who come to Mysore for Air force selection board by bus or train can come to this place to stay for the night as this hotel offers a special discount to the candidates of air force selection board. Now coming to the room specifications. The rooms are very spacious and free of suffocation. The ventilation is good. The bed is also good. The washroom is neat and clean. Lift service is also available at this place. There is tv and cupboard also. The staff members of this hotel are very polite starting from the guard to the manager and then the housekeeping guy. The hotel also has room service which I didn't availed so I cannot comment on that. In the end I just want to say that it is a nice place to stay for candidates, tourists as well as families also.

The room was spacious with good facilities, clean toilets and the hotel staff were helpful and polite. The cost of staying is not too expensive, it was within 1500-2000 rupees per day when I visited. The hotel is very near to the city centre so you can locate this hotel easily. I'll recommend you to check your room before booking, so that you are satisfied by it , if not you can look for other rooms in the same hotel.

Worst hotel ever visited. No water provided. No WiFi. No such facilities. Sheets were torn. Toilet was too dirty. Cockroaches can be easily spotted in the room. My wife was horrified entire night.

They have worst check out policies. They will charge you one day rent if you delay check out just by few minutes. Staff has rude behaviour.

VERY BAD HOTEL . THE ROOM SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE NOT GOOD the room is not clean and the bathroom didn't even had a steel rode or a stand to hang our dress andbath towels when complain about the room condition the owner was like we don't care. so please don't come here

Affordable and budgeted hotel in Mysore center. Pretty neat and well maintained.

It's a nightmare, Cockroach everywhere and owner is rude. When I raise the complaint regrading room and services. Owner doesn't care and says "leave if you don't want to stay".

Very Old hotel. Furnitures are about to expire. But located near suburban bus stand of Mysore.

The service was ridiculous.Rooms are not clean,seems like they meant to loot the guests.The furnitures are too old.Personal opinion is a big no for this hotel.

Very bad hotel. I stayed 10+ hotels. That hotels all a drinking water included. Some hotels have morning tea included. But this hotel no drinking water. He will charge for drinking water. And bad service. But room is good. Totally very bad experience.

Very bad room, very bad service not come here with ur family because,in bathroom there is no atleast a hanger to put our dresses,and soap,paste,bedsheet,bath towel etc nothing there.very bad service..we complained to the manager...but their faces was like they don't care...and at night the hotel was like a bar... drinking sleeping drinking sleeping...and there had no any parking area also.i will rate this hotel 0 out of 100 very bad.
