This is the worst hotel in Mysore. Bookings for this hotel is available in all the online apps like oyo/go ibibo/make my trip; they are taking advance payment for the booking. But when customers are going to the hotel, they are saying that no rooms are available and not making any efforts to help the customer. We went at 8PM, there was one boy who claimed himself to be the manager and behaved rudely saying there are no rooms. They will not take any initiative to sort the issue, the reception boy told that owner is in US. What kind of an absurd answer is that? We had to face a lot of heckle, we didn’t get any hotels till 11pm at night.

The Very bad Experience with this hotel is we had booked the hotel from MakeMyTrip and paid amount. But when we reached for the hotel in the late-night this hotel management was refused to give the rooms, the problem was not only for us there are many... The way they given response to us is not at all good... Very bad Experience😡
