The arcade itself is not too big but not too small. Quite a few of the machines are broken. Not all the machines reward you with tickets, so always check for the ticket box before you swipe the game card to play a game. Do not waste your time and money on the probability machines. If you insert a certain amount of money on the card you can get a free fanta slushie. The high end prizes cost too much and are not worth it, while the low end prizes are not very good quality. Anything in between is usually okay.

Great place. But over the years the amount of shooter games have diminished. The 2 player Jurassic World shooter was great. Also the 2 player Time Crisis one. But I guess it's mostly kids that attend and they adjusted their games to that.

Good place to get entertained. You get card that you can recharge with money to play. The more you add the more extra credit you get in your card. So you always get more credit than what you buy. The place is nice, but not so big. 3 machines were out of order or not on. The earlier you come the better. It can get really busy.

Mostly good. Games costs between 0.29 and 1.5 euro, you pay swiping the playcard that you have to buy. Be aware that "unlimited" card doesn't work for about 10 percent of games but good when you want to play alot in a single game

Only 3 days in Almere and I feel very welcomed by the staff at Game Box. The stepmania community is also really close and I am very happy to be part of it! Small but cute-very decent staff. We found out about it with social deal to play for one hour but were disappointed and could have spent the same amount of money and recieved tickets. Also, there were a couple of games out of commission that were the reason we wanted to initially go and they had no dates set to have them fixed. Very difficult for my son with autism to understand but over all a fun family hour on a rainy day!

Very cool place, my kids love coming here. I just wish the games were a bit cheaper, or maybe have a promotion once a week, like 50% discount every Thursday.

This place is a real magnet for young people. Nice games and lighting, atmosphere is also good. Not my kind of place but my kids love it. Quite the expensive.

Exciting place. But feel more for 10-15 age group.

I can't with good conscience recommend what is essentially a casino for kids. If you do let your kids go there, I suggest the prepaid plans for an hour.

Friendly, not much high end graphic arcade games like racers etc (pnly 1 moto racer,nonother sims). Too bad they do not tell you to purchase a multiple of 1.19 e.g. 11.90 on your card so you do not have left overs that you cannot spend. Like I now have 99 eurocents left on my card. But clean and definitely nice to visit once with your kids.

Kids always love to go there. Lots of options for games. And good for a birthday party!!

Great place, my 5yo boy loved it

It's a good experience. Sadly, they've abandoned the paper tickets, which removes the 'retro' aspect of an arcade.
