We
came
in
for
lunch,
but
nobody
was
at
the
desk
to
welcome
or
seat
us.
After
waiting
around
someone
finally
came
back
from
the
back
to
tell
us
we
could
just
take
any
table.
Right
after
that
all
the
staff
disappeared
again,
but
when
they
finally
did
reappear
they
only
came
up
to
our
table
to
tell
us
we
couldn’t
sit
there
cause
the
table
was
reserved
3
hours
(!)
later
for
dinner.
They
said
they
only
set
the
table
once.
Seriously,
that’s
the
reason
you
can’t
accommodate
current
guests
that
are
willing
to
pay
for
a
meal
that
won’t
hinder
your
later
booking?
The
worst
thing
is
that
after
the
lady
told
me
to
move,
they
didn’t
even
have
the
courtesy
to
at
least
ask
us
for
drinks
or
hand
us
a
menu.
I
had
to
walk
up
to
them
to
ask,
to
which
they
gave
me
attitude.
We
decided
to
go
somewhere
else
for
our
lunch,
even
though
we
were
starving.
This
is
how
appalled
we
were
by
the
rudeness
of
the
staff.
We
always
had
very
pleasant
experiences
with
Van
def
Valk
hotels,
but
this
was
an
absolute
last
for
the
Almere
branch.
Please
replace
your
rude
staff,
or
at
least
teach
them
what
hospitality
is.
