I used to stay at this hotel whenever I visit Amsterdam. But this is over as the receptionist (black young male) was very rude and gave us hard time at the check-in last night. After long check-in time he assigned us wrong room. He also lied about other services that we used to get at this hotel and claimed they don’t offer such services.

Rooms were impeccable, beds were comfortable and the assortment of things offered in terms of coffee was also decent. They also offer free coffee and tea downstairs. The general hotel staff were great but understaffed, the person in the lobby had to also somehow wait tables on top of his normal duties. The most disappointing part was the food in the restaurant, the cook took my order personally (understaffed) and asked me how I wanted my steak. Despite me telling him medium rare or rare, he came back with the driest, well cooked steak I'd ever seen. On top of the worst cooked steak, the vegetables were a mixture of warm and bits of frozen. The only edible part was the fries.

This hotel needs to be made private. They dont act like a chain and they are the worst people to stay with. I had requested that there was hair on my bed and there was many of them long pieces and asked to do housekeeping but they said housekeeping is not about. Asked for a iron they said they dont offer the service but asked again once brought the new iron they had one all of a sudden this hotel needs help asap

Hotel was great. Out of town a bit (It's a nice area, and good to be away from the noise anyway for me) but public transport is good in the area. Rooms are very nice, well appointed hotel. Probably the best room I've been in so far on my eurotrip. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would visit again for sure! (Also free coffee machine at anytime, can't beat this).

Rooms are outstanding very large, very clean hotel what's let's it down completely is the attitude of some of the staff, they appear o think it's a free drinking club, it's rather sad. This could be a wonderful hotel. I spoke with the owner, Yoop,about the problems and l feel sure he was sad and keen to change the attitude of some of the staff. The lady on. Reception. Is. treasure and service is her middle name. I hope to go back a d see changes.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left the staff was excellent! Friendly and very accommodating. The room was super clean (and I checked the toilet and shower but it was hella clean), room cleaning service was cool about the time (and us being late with check-out) but they were so cool about everything. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but you had everything you could ask for for a normal breakfast. Location was fine as well (5-10 minute drive to downtown Almere) 5/5, 10/10, 100/100 if you ask me. Will come again.

Excellent stay with a good restaurant. This is a no-nonsense hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, just what you expect from the Ibis-chain. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We’d love to come back here, but it’s often fully booked.

Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was quite disappointing. No eggs. Cheese and tomatoes were dry from being exposed for too long.

Rooms are clean and ok, but for WiFi you have to pay (slow connection is for free) The breakfast is very bad, less choices, scrambled eggs are totally dry, no milk in cappuccino, tables are dirty and not cleaned.

The hotel is really comfortable, clean and organized. They offer free coffee and tea in the rooms and in the restaurant. The staff is really attentive and prestative, mainly that one who works in the reception at night.

Large comfortable beds, clean rooms, helpful staff. The motion sensors for the lights in the bathroom could do with some timer adjustment; having a shower, and the lights went out because wasn't "in sight" of the sensors, and had to step out of the cubicle in the dark o trigger them again. Similarly, when sitting on the toilet. Breakfast was uninspiring, but adequate

Everything is wonderful, super clean room, super fresh linen, the staff are very nice, and helpful. I absolute recommend it. We love this hotel so much, we will come back.

Very nice place to stay! I appreciated silent rooms with cozy beds. The breakfest is fine and you can order dinner too - the Chef is amazing! If you want, you can borrow a bike for the whole day too.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, free parking and a neat restaurant. Meeting rooms also available.

The hotel is well located along the highway, the room was clean and quite large. The bed was okay, there was a coffee machine in the room, the parking was sufficient for many cars. The breakfast had much to choose from, really liked the croissants and the coffee. The dining room is not very large, but there was a table available early in the morning. Improvements could be made to the electrical sockets, they were not attached properly to the wall, which could be dangerous. Overall we had a good stay!

Mmm… looks are really nice. Rooms super tiny. No fridge no phone to call the desk No room service No lunch orders No dinner orders It says on the website that you can order Dinner to pickup but even that was not true. A lot of money For a little to no service

While the room was OK and clean, with comfortable bedding, it had a rather spartan feel: no coffee maker, no shower curtain, alarm clock not working, restaurant closed on Sunday night. So OK if just one night, but not more.

Very clean and quiet. Excellent value for the money. Does not look much from the outside, but inside it is brand new. 4 chargers for eCars outside.

Located at convenient place for car trip and good access to bike roads.

Clean, comfortable basic rooms. Remarkably peaceful given its roadside location. Well placed for the floriade exhibition if you don't mind a walk and wan to save money on transport.
