ordered
one
Spareribs
menu
one
Chicken
sate
menu
and
two
fried
Chicken
it
took
them
more
then
three
hours
to
complete
the
delivery.
The
order
was
delivered
after
80
minutes,
35
minutes
longer
then
stated.
We
are
missing
a
Chicken
Sate
menu,
no
problem
these
things
can
happen.
Five
minutes
later
the
delivery
boy
stand
in
front
of
me
with
an
already
opened
chicken
sate
a
loose
bag
of
kroepoek
and
a
loose
box
of
onions,
apparently
he
delivered
it
wrong
and
got
the
food
back
from
the
previous
address.
I
declined
this
because
1
I
ordered
a
menu
in
a
box
CLOSED
and
2
it
was
second
hand
food!
Common
people!!
All-right
I
will
wait
for
the
new
Chicken
Sate.
70
minutes
later
a
Box
arrives
I
open
it
and
everything
is
COLD!
I
call
the
local
franchise
slightly
annoyed
and
ask
for
a
new
Chicken
Sate
menu
this
is
agreed
upon
and
in
a
record
time
of
45
minutes
there
is
a
new
Box,
to
my
surprise
the
box
contains
1
warm
package
of
Chicken
Sate
1
box
of
Onions
and
1
box
of
Kroepoek.
I
react
surprised
because
a
Menu
is
also
supposed
to
contain
a
Salad
with
Dressing
and
a
Freshly
baked
Mini
Baguette
with
herb
butter.
The
delivery
guy
goes
on
a
mission
again!
After
20
minutes
a
paper
bag
is
delivered,
I
toss
it
straight
into
the
bin
because
my
appetite
is
gone!
For
the
record
this
"restaurant"
is
located
no
more
then
5
minutes
away
from
me!
Something
really
bad
has
happened
to
this
franchise
the
food
used
to
be
good!
The
Ribs
where
very
dry,
the
potatoe
was
uncooked,
the
salad
smelled
like
an
animal
barn,
the
Sate
tasted
like
Turkey
and
the
sauce
was
totally
different
then
normal
there
was
also
a
large
piece
of
burned
something
hidden
in
the
sauce.
The
service
on
the
phone
is
unhelpful,
I
would
send
out
a
Direct
delivery
guy
if
someone
had
been
waiting
on
his
food
for
over
two
hours!
Service
does
not
seem
to
be
a
thing
there!
If
you
value
your
money
and
taste
buds
I
would
advice
everyone
to
look
for
a
different
Rib-place.
