Csmart Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is very beautifully designed and has most of the facilities including a great gym for people who like to workout. The food is simply amazing and the quality is top notch. The connectivity to both Almere city and Amsterdam is quite good with the train station located quite close to the hotel. It approximately takes 10 minutes to reach the train station by walk from the hotel and from there Almere city is 10 minutes away and Amsterdam is around 25 minutes away. The trains leave every 15 minutes and hence the connectivity is great. All in all its a great place to stay.

Rooms are well equipped with EU, UK and USB power sockets, fridge, desk and flat screen TV. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. I had a problem with the mixing valve for the shower, was replaced and ready to use in 20 minutes. Food is great, with fresh hot cooked food, salad bar, bread table and desserts. The bar is a nice place to sit and the staff are also very friendly. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Amazing hotel with very helpfull staff. Rooms are big and clean, with huge windows and nice bathrooms. I stayed 7 days and enjoyed every one in a different way. They have Dutch night on Wednesdays, if I remember well and it was fun. Food is also great. Hotel has a gym as well. Unfortunately there's no pool but hey bar is fully stocked! Looking forward to come back!

Great hotel and friendly staffs who come from many countries - dutch asian spain all give wonderful service. But I think restaurant tables style are a bit old fashion and have too many things on the table. Simple and nice is the key! Thank you!

Peaceful quiet area, well kept clean rooms with refreshing view. Great amenities. Great restaurant with an amazing food selection for all discerning taste appetite & choices. Great friendly staff. Giving an overall excellent experience. In a class of its own.

It s a dedicated hotel for Car****l corp staff in training. Rooms are nice, view good, big TV, refrigerator, safe box, multi type sockets and usb chargers, queen bed, desk, aircon, bathroom good with double shower, restaurant various and for all tastes, free parking in garage. It s slightly in a forgotten place, 15/20min walking to almere port train station (this is why i gave 4 stars and not 5)

Great place though my Air Con controller was busted so couldn't regulate the temperature of the room. Great food despite the unusual insistence on putting raisins in nearly everything.

Hotel, what more to say, soft beds, too soft, irritating that the airco/heading default up on removing key card to a too warm setting.

Amazing hotel with lovely staff :)

Nice hotel and very professional staffs. Unfortunately some of the male CSMART trainees don’t respect the boundaries of the female hotel staffs. Advise the wives and partners to come along next time. They think that the staffs behave the same as if they’re on the ship.
