I did hydrafacial and it is very bad. The staff is not even know how to use the machine (spent more than 15 minitues) and my face was unsual burning. I cannot image how long my face will recover from it. Very disappointed I have been there for a few times. The first a couple of times was fine but then I can feel they became more and more unprofessional. I don't know why they got such a high rate. Suspicious!
