This hotel does not make a special impression. Cheap price = poor quality. A good place for undemanding tourists. Nice beach, but unfortunately the pool and restaurant are poor. The hotel service is very nice. Animators very friendly, but until the tourists' alcohol is over. Later they find new friends. The hotel is also not entirely safe. During my stay on holiday at this hotel, an unpleasant and dangerous situation happened.

The worse hotel ever, but with the most amazing animation team. They did everything to save our holiday. Thank you very much Maxx, Sam, Simon and other boys from your team. You did your best and I really appreciate that. Apart from that everything is awful. Food is the same every day, hotel is dirty, the beach can't be called beach...

We go here every year, good value for money, nice location, lovely pool, on the beach, the staff have been fantastic... especially this year as I have stayed for 3months during covid etc.... they have had the same staff for years which is a good look for the hotel as they must look after them as they have me and we will keep coming back, its a family hotel, animation team are great, cleaners are lovely every day, I think its nice to tip as wages aren't alot in tunisia and they really appreciate it 😊 On the beach, close to nabeul Market, it is a fantastic budget hotel so don't expect 5stars ... for the price you get alot for your money... we always go h/b or a/inclusive but we like to go to the local restaurants a 2 min walk away and very cheap, lots of choice, Tunisia is a beautiful country and the pyramid is a good base if you wanted to rent a car and venture round tunisia and see some culture, beaches, markets, different sights... there is lots to do and plenty to see or just relax round the pool. Thank you hotel pyramid for looking after me, I will be back every year with my extended UK family and friends ❤ Viva tunisia 🇹🇳♥

The worst hotel I have ever been to, I do not recommend it even for free. Everything was dirty, the hotel beach basically does not exist, there are only stones and garbage, the food is inedible and the canteen is as dirty as a pigsty, even at the bar there were no soft drinks. the animations were too loud so we couldn't sleep after 11pm. No air conditioning or internet at the reception. One star is to much for this hotel.

The rooms are small and not luxurious, and most of them lack air conditioning and electrical stability, such as power outages when using the television. This is a three-star hotel. If I were the owner of this hotel, I would warn that there are rooms that resemble ruins and are deteriorated in the last corridor of room number 1047, with approximately 3-5 rooms that deserve a rating of about a quarter of a star to two stars. Another problem I personally faced and did not simply accept is that the rooms lack internet access, so they deserve two stars. As for the services and kitchen, it is a beautiful place that resembles wedding halls, but when I gave them 3 stars due to the obvious malfunction in the air conditioning, as it is evident in most of the rooms. However, the food is good and delicious, honestly, I recommend it to you. It deserves 3 stars for providing assistance and highlighting basic services in the hotel. And what I liked the most honestly is that the receptionists work with intelligence and impressive cleverness. As for the location, it is a wonderful location overlooking the beach. The sea breeze in the early morning and the wonderful sea scent at night, despite its turbulence, are amazing. Honestly, I recommend it to those who can afford the high prices.

Affordable hotel with great animators. The food in the restaurant is below average, we saw a cockroach in our room and the beach is not all that exciting, but besides that, if you're on a budget and you want to be close to the beach, this is the perfect hotel for you. The pool is great but the slides work for only 30 minutes per day

Hotel is in worsening condition. Apart from that, the housekeeping team is very friendly and room condition is all in all good. Food is good too. But best for last, the animation team is amazing! They give the best to entertain the people and it’s working very well! Service also very friendly.

Hello.if you want and affordable normal hotel,Pyramides is a great choice, the pool is clean and nice but the beach.......umm anyway the restaurant i give it 3.5/5 it is mostly poor, some food are good and some foods are bad,I think that the food is very plain.GREAT job to the animation team for their work,I give them a 5/5 but sadly if you're here in summer ☀️. Then get ready cause even if you open the AC it will stay warm.Ok now let's talk about the hotel hallways and places itself. The elevator 🛗 is broken if you go in it it will close then reopen not taking you anywhere so you have to take 6 staircases to go down. They're are some games but the football games dosent have a ball and the arcade game dosent work.I wouldn't say the rooms are clean but they're decent.the wifi dosent work if your inside a room.but the good thing is that the employees are nice and polite but the will be polite if you talk with him about the plain food but then if you talk to him a second time he will start to get angry.if tour coming for the pool.I recommend you go but if your coming for the food and room service.I don't recommend and finally if your coming for excitement and fun then I insist you come.(the fun starts at 9pm)

It's at the right location next to the sea, but the food is bad. The place needs real renovations

the lady in the reception in mid day was very bad and note hopeful at all even l have a reservation paid, indeed she treats me like no body maybe she don't know how to respect customers like me ,the food was very nice and the service was alright, hopefully the management will read my review and made the old lady of the reception regret what she did to me in front of my people
