Behavior of doctor and his staff is very rude. not giving proper answer to patient and any other.

My grandfather was suffering from pneumonia. When admitted to keya hospital doctors said everything is normal no need to worry . Grandpa stayed there for 10 days after which symptoms started to get worse. They told us to change hospital because there was no facilities to do some test. Later, when admitted to N D Desai Hospital, we came to know that he was suffering from pneumonia. Very bad response. Please stay away from such a rubbish hospitals. 🙏🙏

My maternal uncle fell off in their bathroom and became unconscious because of blockage in brain veins . At that time, they were in village area, far from city. Their son took them to nearby hospital and waited for more than 3 and half hour to get the treatment. When we received this news, we adviced them to arrive at keya hospitals as soon as possible. We really lost hope and thought that uncle would be completely paralyzed, but thanks to the doctor who treated them, they are completely fine now. Only little prblm in moving their hand. After than my mom and sister were also treated there. Good experience all those time. Staff is also polite. Especially, doctors are very Warmhearted and smiling. ☺🤗

Pathetic and careless regarding handling and treating patient,Dr.Yoganand Shukla seems to interested in new cases and money rather then attending patient who wait for checkup by completing all the procedure (X-ray,ECG,ECHO),they keep you seat outside and wait(which is around 2hr) until MR.Shukla is done with his new cases and daily routine.

In the Era of technology, at this hospital and at their pharmacy ie medical store, all payments are accepted in only cash, no digital payments options are available in hospital and at medical store. Its very strange, & it may be in all India, such a hospital, wherever only cash Transaction accepted. At medical store posted staff are very rudeness and no politeness towards patient and their relatives

Rude nurses in night duty. They dont know how to talk to patients. They dont care for patients. Private hospital is proffered mostly for well behave staff, here is reverse like we are admitted in government hospital.

Doctor Shukla is Good Doctor but Emergency Service and Admin Staff Miss Sonal Have Very Rude Behavior. And Bill Summery is Given to the Patient. And The charge of ICU and Room charge is billed extra charged. Hospital is very bad in front of Government Hospital. We think to filed case against hospital for not giving us bill with GSTGST and A Service.
