One of the best hotels in Japan! The staff member are ultra gently and always willing to help, really nice team of girls who do an awesome job. I wish this were the japanese hotel standard level... But is not... So if you want to be respected and comfortable in a good hotel, there is no better choice than this! Super good

This hotel has a great location to a lot of things. Its an easy walk to the Arcade area where a lot of shops and food can be found. The hotel itself is alright, pretty standard. Its clean! I personally was not a fan of the pillows here, had to use three to sleep. The rooms were also hot, but at the time of my stay there was something wrong with the AC unit. Staff is friendly and kind!

Great WiFi. Super clean. Super comfortable. The location is excellent for touring the city and then having good drinks to unwind after all that walking and shopping! The onsite parking is pretty cool and very convenient! At the time of writing it only costs ¥1000 a day. In short, a great hotel I will recommend to everyone ✨

Nice hotel, good area of the city for nightlife. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good room, very clean. Laundry on site, modern clean machine and only ¥500 to do a load with dry time. This is very handy when on vacation. Restaurant on site but didn’t eat there.

everything was good about the hotel, except the pillows. my neck hurt from 4 nights of staying there. but everything else was superb, from the breakfast, cleanliness, decent size bedroom, good size bathroom, great shower pressure, hot water, amenities, down to slippers and night gown. i applaud the housekeeping staff for thorough jobs; i love the eco-cleaning option. the location is also very good, close to the arcade and chinatown. highly recommend this hotel.

The Richmond hotel is well kept, with very cleans rooms. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, compared to the slightly cramped room (with a king bed). I was pleasantly surprised to see that (my room atleast) came with a complementary smart phone to use for the duration of your stay, with unlimited local phone calls, and 2 free GB of 4G.

Of 16 places we visited since Oct 1, Richmond Hotel offers best value. Stayed 3rd time now in Nagasaki, after Nagoya and Matsumoto. Consistently clean, comfortable, good amenities, reasonable prices. Highly recommended. Absolutely no regrets. They provide coffee, nice sleepers, 4 pillows for double occupancy. Lovely toiletries. Etc etc.

Always comfortable to stay as never faced parking full, noisy to next room, etc. Rooms are large, convinient to go to convient store, restaulant, shopping archade, Chinese town, Dejima, tram station(train in the downtown) as very close. Customer service also very very polite & kindly.

Clean and good access to restaurants, good value for the price :-)
