長崎ではめずらしい味噌ラーメンメインのお店。味噌ラーメンと塩ラーメン、辛味噌ラーメンなどがあり、近日には海老味噌ラーメンも登場予定だそうです。
味噌ラーメン(600円)+チャーシュー(100円)をいただきましたが、甘みのある味噌としっかり旨みの出たスープに北海道ラーメン独特のプリプリした太ちぢれ麺がバッチリ合っていて、かなり美味しい♪
味はしっかり濃いのにヘタな味噌ラーメンにありがちなニンニク・ショウガによるごまかしや酸味もなく、そして食後に喉が乾かないのは恐らく化学調味料をほとんど使ってないのでは?
そう思わせる、嫌な部分がまったくないのに物足りなさもない、満足の一杯!
あとライスが100円なのに量が多めで嬉しい(笑)
札幌に本店のある人気店「北海道らーめん味源」さんの味噌ラーメンを彷彿とさせる味で、正直「長崎発祥」とか「元祖」というフレーズには「?」と思ってしまいますが(笑)、味源さんよりコスパもよく、オススメのお店です。
