The staff kindly gave it to me. Gym (wasn't). A number of different baths in the SPA area: Russian under a broom, Finnish, Turkish. Salt and ice rooms. And most importantly - there is floating. (last photo) What is this, for those who don’t know: The capsule or pool is filled with a concentrated salt solution, which is high in magnesium and low in sodium. This cocktail does not cause irritation to the skin, but relaxes muscles and thoughts, which has a beneficial effect on the nervous system. The salt solution holds the body on the water as if in zero gravity. The feeling is similar to diving into the waters of the Dead Sea. And the water tastes just as bitter and dangerous if it gets into your eyes. In this complex, floating takes place in a separate room with a shower and a small pool for 1-2 people. The light in the room can be turned off. There is a TV on the wall with natural scenes and relaxing music. The procedure lasts 1 hour. The cost is 1 ton of rubles, for two 1500. The price also includes a visit to the SPA area. The complex left very positive emotions. The staff are friendly. It was especially pleasant to communicate with the administrator of the SPA area. Everywhere, I repeat, perfect cleanliness. There are water coolers in the locker rooms. It is prohibited to bring drinks into the pool and spa area. Which is probably correct. From the inconvenient: 1. Cafe only on the 1st floor. Therefore, you can only drink tea on the way out. Since in a bathing suit, even in a robe, between procedures it is uncomfortable to sit in the hall where the cash registers and wardrobe are. 2. The pool is on the 3rd floor, and the spa area is on the first floor. You need to use the elevator and walk through that same dressing room hall. 3. Massage prices are too high

Я был здесь по гостевому абонементу. Как гость- 600 рублей. Время ограничивается только закрытием центра. По данному абонементу доступна сауна и бассейн. Сама чаша 50 метров, 8 дорожки для плавания 4 из них урезанны по длине. Сам бассейн разделен на 3 секции: плавание, зона с различными водными массажёрами и большое джакузи с теплой водой. При этом в джакузи мало секций со струями, из-за чего некоторым людям не достается мест с массажем. Раздевалка удобная, электронные замки на шкафчиках, мыло, душ, фен. Везде стоят куллеры с водой. Сауна представлена в виде разных спа. Из доступного нам было: хамам; финская сауна; Морской климат (блок соленых стен, соленый воздух и тепло); русская баня; сауна с инфракрасным излучением (обогрев спец. Лампами) и джакузи с прохладной водой. Комната со снегом увы не работала. Но, неудобное было ходить из бассейна в сауны, нужно спуститься с 3 этажа на 1 и пройти по коридору... В целом я доволен этим местом.

Nice pool for adults and children. Hot baths and saunas. Everything is clean and tidy. Plenty of space in changing rooms and showers. One minus is the information desk. Unfriendly staff. They don’t say hello, they won’t say anything unnecessary. YES NO and that’s it.

Был впервые сегодня 19.12.21. Все хорошо, понравилось! Двойка за систему безопасности! Два раза подходил к шкафчику и оба раза он был открыт! Отметки на дверцах куда прикладывать браслет с чипом нет, приходится вверх-вниз водить им, чтобы открыть дверцу. Жена тоже самое сказала. Говорит девушка искала свободный шкафчик и открывала всё дверцы вручную и там они были заняты, с вещами! Бери что хочешь! А администрация на моё возмущение говорит - сидите и молчите! А у меня были банковские карты, документы и дорогой телефон!

I hate the pool, but I only go here because of the hydromassages. Then I go to the spa and just relax. A good choice - if you want to go to a Russian bath, or if you want to go to a sauna. Then go to the snow room and warm up in the hammam. I spent 4.5 hours there for the first time!!! A great place to take a break from the everyday hustle and bustle.

Nice complex, good information site. There is a swimming pool. There is a hydromassage and a jacuzzi. Separate saunas to choose from. The last time we visited was on Sunday after 6 pm, there were a lot of people. It's better to choose other times. And there were problems with water, no pressure, we could barely wash ourselves, a thin stream of cool water

Delighted with the visit. First the gym, then the Olympic pool and finally the SPA with a cold jacuzzi, hammam, Mediterranean room and infrared sauna. The price is a gift.

Отличный сервис, тарифы на посещения разные, есть более экономичный для посещения с детьми. На первом этаже есть кафе с выпечкой, магазин с травяным чаем и не только. QR сверяют с последними цифрами паспорта. Детям до 5 лет необходимо предъявить свидетельство о рождении. Есть магазин с большим выбором купальных костюмов, очков и шапочек для плавания- цены умеренные, магазин к месту. Бассейн расположен на 3 этаже, есть просторный лифт, длина бассейна 50м для скоростного плавания, 25 м, и ванна с водными велосипедами и разной формы струями воды. Джакузи большое с мощными струями воды, включаются самостоятельно кнопкой, вода теплая. Температура воздуха комфортная, воды, как и положено для активного плавания. Есть авквааэробика. Много видов приспособлений для плавания: ласты, доски и для аквааэробики. Спа зона с несколькими видами парных: хамам, финская, русская, соляная, снежная, инфракрасная, есть джакузи, спа на 1 этаже, раздевалки и душевые делятся на мужскую и женскую. Во всех помещениях чисто, в душевых достаточное количество гелей для душа. Для посещения спа и бассейна удобно одевать халат, необязательно махровый, так комфортно спускаться ( можно на лифте) на первый этаж. Много тренеров в бассейне, дети, взрослые учатся плавать индивидуально с тренерами. Приятного всем посещения, спасибо сотрудникам Акварены за создаваемый комфорт. Есть массаж, флоатинг, солярий за дополнительную плату.

I really like the pool, the locker room is small, everything is clean, cozy, there are never too many people (although we go in the morning), BUT for some reason the staff is always rude when paying for bracelets, you ask them again, they immediately get nervous, “stand up in a pose,” cold, arrogant tone, they don’t want to be polite at all.

Здесь наверное самый большой бассейн в городе. Есть джакузи и отдельная спа зона с несколькими видами саун. Народу немного, спокойная обстановка, нет толпы и полкучки. Весь персонал очень приветливый, доброжелательный и гостеприимный. Единственное неудобство, что бассейн и спа зона с саунами расположены на разных этапах, и чтоб перейти из одной в другой, нужно спускаться по коридору , закутавшись в полотенце.

Отличный бассейн, многофункциональный, но некоторые удобства расположены не по уму. Кроме того, что это за время 1,5 часа от входа за турникет и выхода из него. Время нахождения в самом бассейне везде определяется. Хорошо,что сейчас лето. А зимой люди на улице что ли сохнуть и одеваться должны
