A normal karate room, there are locker rooms and showers. The training is conducted by the President of the Goju Ryu Karate Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, a coach from God, Rafael Rustemovich Samigullin. It’s interesting that people of all ages, with different physical levels, can do it, I recommend it.
