They examined my eyes and said that everything was fine, it was because of the hair. Afterwards, they took the dog into the room to do an analysis. Note that no one said a word to me what kind of analysis it was, what it was for, that its price was 1000 rubles. Without asking me whether I should do it or not, without warning me about the price, they did it and charged me My bill is over 2000 rubles. When I JUST WANTED TO CONSULT. Since all lap dogs cry, this is a normal phenomenon and I came just to make sure. When they gave me the invoice, I was surprised. After all, the consultation costs 650 rubles, and no one even said a word about the extra fee. The girl behind the desk replied that they should have warned me during the telephone conversation (which, of course, no one did) and said that she would talk to the staff. That is, she simply transferred the blame to another person. ALTHOUGH it was her responsibility to explain everything and ask. What if I didn’t have money with me? I felt deceived and that there were good people in this clinic, but that they were extracting money from clients in such a fraudulent way. It was very unpleasant. According to the law, any procedure that is done must be discussed with the client and carried out only with his permission and consent. This law was completely not followed!!

There are many directions in treatment, there is a cardiologist, a surgeon, a dentist, etc. I castrated a cryptorchid cat using laparoscopy. I don’t know if the doctor’s competence was insufficient or if everything was very complicated for the cat himself, but he still had to make an incision. After the operation they called immediately and said that everything went well, i.e. I didn’t have to suffer while waiting. In general, they treat patients with care.

I castrated a cat there. They communicate there in an orderly tone!!! And they are also trying to get as much money as possible! They said that the cat had an inverted eyelid. But by chance there is an ophthalmologist! I urgently need to make an appointment with him! The reception costs 650 rubles. And we need an urgent operation that costs from 5,000 rubles!!! After castration, the cat was returned with a bloody wound above his eyebrow!!!!! They said that he is hyperactive!!!! True, the next day they called back and asked about the condition of the cat. I showed Kota to a surgeon in another clinic, they said that everything was fine and no surgery was required!!!!!

Before visiting any veterinary clinic, read the reviews. In a panic, we went to the nearest clinic, this ZooVita. They increase it more than they actually do. It turned out expensive. At the same time, the X-ray was done incorrectly. In another clinic I had to do it again and also for a fee.

I contacted the clinic about sterilizing a cat using the laparoscopic method. Everything would be fine, but in the statement after the operation the weight of the animal was indicated as 3.7 instead of 2.8. This alarmed me very much, because weight matters when giving anesthesia. Moreover, the cat was weighed twice: during the ultrasound and upon admission to the clinic. The numbers were spoken out loud, and it was them that I indicated in my consent to the operation. Why is there such a discrepancy? I think this is not a trivial inattention. When I became alarmed, the employee took the protocol from me and reprinted it in a corrected form, but I still had doubts about the correct dosage of the drugs.

We regularly take our pug here for routine procedures. The doctors are competent (as far as one can judge), the treatment was prescribed competently, they are very friendly, after a minor operation they even called the next day to find out the pet’s condition. We had been to another clinic before, but in the end we settled on this one - both we and the pug liked it better. May your animals be healthy :)

Having previously searched for clinics for endoscopic sterilization of cats, it was decided to contact Zoovita. Although this clinic is not very close to us, we decided to go because we had read a lot of reviews about this clinic. We called on Friday 11/19/21 and they made an appointment for Tuesday 11/23/21 at 10:00 am because... the surgeon will only be on Tuesday, on day X, having endured a starvation diet, we head across the city to the clinic. On the way, I call and check with the administrator whether everything is in order for us because our appointment was not confirmed (even then this alarmed us), the administrator said that everything was fine, they were waiting for us, we went into the clinic and then the most interesting thing began, the administrator began to prove that they did not have any such appointment and we could see for ourselves, we were confused and asked how this could happen could happen, but we didn’t receive a clear answer, there wasn’t even a basic apology for the administrator’s mistake, anything can happen and anything can be understood, but we were driving across the whole city and the cat was stressed, and here’s the situation, we’re very disappointed in this clinic. The cat's name is Milka, all our contacts were recorded when registering.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the clinic that saved our dog, especially to the head doctor Natalya Evgenievna. She and her assistants performed a complex operation to remove a difficult-to-reach tumor from our Chara, while another surgeon convinced us of the impossibility of this. This was the second operation in a week and required donor blood, which we could not find. And then the wonderful staff helped us and found a donor, without whose blood recovery would have been very difficult, if it had happened at all.
