Это Кабан, на берегу которого несколько веков жили татары Казани. В этом месте возникла Татарская слобода и сохранились мечети XVIII-XIX веков. Можно посетить музеи поэта Габдуллы Тукая, просветителя Каюма Насыри, пройтись по Старо-Татарской слободе и увидеть места, мало изменившиеся с дореволюционных времен
