My comment and the low rating Im giving is exactly about one cafe in the Naverezhnaya, which I strongly advice to prevent! "Bulochnaya" is the name. And the reasons why I DON'T advice this place is because; *The girl who works there is so rude and so disgusting, she can't say hello, neither thank you, or welcome. *We ordered and we paid for 3 espresso coffees, she gave us only ONE but charged for 3. She didn't apologise at all, we had to speak to another girl to fix the situation. *Besides being overpriced, the quality of food is awful, I ordered a piece of cake that was harder than a stone and probably weeks old. Is such a pity that all those little cafes/kiosks at the Naverezhnaya are so outdated, boring, low quality and with rude staff, is not the first time I have a negative experience there. It is extremely foolish to get license to own a business there and to keep it in such condition... I hope they will bankrupt soon and someone with high standards and vision will take the place.

Beautiful eye catching view from here. Must visit place with your partner. And the lounge and hotels over there make it look even better. Beautiful lounges and alot to do things there skating cycling walking sunbathing in summer and also selfies time also. Books also available to read. And the photos beneath those lights are superb
