    Poor reception desk. I came for the results 15 minutes before closing, the administrators expressed obvious dissatisfaction with my arrival, because they would now have to turn on the computers that they had just turned off. As a result, they gave me all the results, except fluorography, for which I had to come the next day. I came in the morning and saw a huge line with all three administrators barely moving. I approached one and asked about the results - she was rude and told me to keep my queue. I went up to the second one, stood in line - she said that she was an intern and didn’t know anything at all about what and how they worked. I approached the third one, the one that didn’t give me all the results in the evening. As a result, they gave me my fluorography with a grumble. I could just as well stand in the same kilometer-long queues and listen to the same amount of rudeness in a regular clinic and for free. The organization, work of administrators and attitude towards patients in the clinic leave much to be desired.

    The girl at the reception is very rude, it seems like the clinic is paid and there are not many people, but they are rude, although you can explain everything politely. They ruined the mood and impression of the clinic. I won't go there again.

    I underwent a medical examination, because it was necessary to undergo it upon employment. I regretted 100,500 times that I went there while I waited exactly 2 hours for an appointment for an ECG in room 9. After this, the therapist measured my blood pressure at 180/100, and her automatic blood pressure monitor was generally 200/100. Came home 135/95. Now I still need to go to the cardiologist, although the ECG said it was normal. If you don’t go and prove it, you won’t get a work permit

    Terrible attitude towards customers! Ultrasound room #12 Ermosina Nadezhda Anatolyevna treats visitors negligently! She is not on site during working hours. I was at the clinic on 01/06/2021 and couldn’t get to a specialist for 2 hours! When asked when they would be accepted, she answered that it would be later, locked the door and left! And this is a paid clinic! She complained to the receptionist, after 20 minutes they found her and she finally accepted her. I ask you to look into this attitude towards customers and take action against the employee. And it was not the employee's lunch hour (which is posted on the door). I do not recommend this clinic

    A terrible clinic, I do not recommend it to anyone, neither individuals nor legal entities. To be objective, I’ll write point by point: 1. When making an appointment, a preliminary time is assigned - in fact, everything is on a first-come, first-served basis, that is, already at the first contact you are misled; 2. The order of the queue is not regulated in any way. That is, if a company of 10+ people arrives, then they begin to take each other’s turn and it takes a lot of time to figure out who was behind whom. As a result, all your time in line to see specialists, you will listen to how such “savvy” people will figure out which of them is behind whom. It looks like you're in a mental home; 3. The reception staff are rude and don’t hide the fact that they don’t care what you or your organization paid for (a reason for legal entities to think about it, if, of course, the attitude towards you and your employees is important to you). According to them, you yourself should know what and how is written in the agreement between your organization and their clinic, great, right?; 4. Some specialists artificially hold back the queue. That's all I wanted to say. There were very “non-positive” emotions left. Next, draw your own conclusions.

    Horror, not service, you stand in line, no one knows who is behind whom without coupons, 1 girl accepts documents, 3 hand over medical books, it’s a mess, stood in line for half an hour in 10-15 minutes, completed registration, managed 3 offices, it was 15:50, still not talking even everyone says it’s time we work until 16:00, in the other 3 offices they didn’t accept me it’s 15:50 the bosses are reading the complaint! Tomorrow I will ask for a complaint book!!! And I’ll write about the offices!

    Huge queues, it is unclear how they were formed. I stood for 2 hours for an appointment in the ECG room and it turned out that there was some kind of 2nd line. Is a mockery. Instead of settling the situation, the ECG specialist simply yelled. The communication of this specialist is in the category of derogatory sarcasm. The impression is disgusting. You make everything yourself and after the appointment you clean up after yourself, so there is no talk about hygiene here, nothing is processed after patients, because everything is on the fly, one leaves, the next one comes in immediately, nothing was wiped down before me or after me. Analysis room: the same specialist takes a scraping and immediately draws blood. In addition, if you come early before the clinic opens, you will stand in line outside. With all this, this is a paid clinic!
