Ice skating is the favorite sport of Russian people in winter. Almost everywhere in the city, you can see people skating on ice.

As with Fontani, this is a public space, and regrettably as I was in Kazan at the end of October..cold and grey, with a smattering of snow, it looked desolate and was also having a face-lift! A few people were walking their pets besides the workmen, and as I strolled along this public garden I somehow loved it and found it very peaceful and appealing in a very personal way. Definitely a grand place in summer, and have seen lovely photos of it!

Love it ... water force relaxing feel... decent grass to sit/lie on ... bring a bottle of wine and some snacks and enjoy a picnic.

We have enjoyed our promenade today. 🍁It was a chilly autumn day but this park is worth a visit no matter the weather. 🍂🍁

Lovely park in the city centre. Very cozy. Two coffee shops and a toilet in the park and a couple of nice cafes just moments away.

Friendly and attractive place in the downtown, well suited for a daily stroll or jogging, it even has a couple of black swans which you could feed :)

Park was nicely repaired. Right now there is a huge public rink. Quite bad situation with parking:(

Nice park.....the ice ring in winter and the ponds in summer is such a plasant site.....the books and coffee shop is so welcoming

It's is one of the best places to sit and have a good time alone or with your partner. Calm surrounding, well maintained garden, good walking track. I spent 15 days in the city and everyday I used to visit this place.
