I have always been surprised by the excitement that arises around inclined towers: whether the Pisa, Nevyansk or this one - Syuyumbike... Although the inclination is always just a construction defect, poorly calculated foundations. The same is true here: the foundation sank slightly, a slight slope appeared. The tower is not an architectural masterpiece at all. Moreover, in my opinion, both its architecture and its color are discordant with other Kremlin buildings. But it has become overgrown with legends (not having the slightest relation to reality). And the tourists, joyfully opening their mouths, look at where Syuyumbike could jump from above, and how strong the push to the side must be so as not to get caught on the ledges of the tower...

(Translated by Google) Interesting tower, beautiful gate. In Tatarskaya Sloboda, in a restaurant, they ordered the Syuyumbike Tower dish. Three thin pieces of meat were brought, laid on top of each other. “Where is the tower?” We asked. The waitress replied, "So she's not very tall."

Beautiful and especially at night. Very well lit. Quite conflicting stories about this tower. While walking around the Kremlin, come and admire it, you definitely won’t regret it.

(Translated by Google) Cool curved tower on the territory of the Kremlin. Height 58 meters. Named after the last ruler of Kazan. The tower is closed, you cannot climb. Nice tower. The interesting thing is that it actually leans like the Leaning Tower of Pisa!

Despite the numerous contradictory legends that surround this historical architectural monument, one thing is clear: it is one of the few in Russia that has managed to be so well preserved in almost its original form. This eloquently demonstrates the deep respect of the Tatar people for their culture. Therefore, be sure to visit, feel the spirit of history and don’t forget to make a wish😉

I wasn’t particularly impressed with the Kremlin and the mosque in the background, as if they were built out of military necessity and that’s all. If it were at least the same color as the Kremlin, it might fit into the general architecture. Low inside.

One of the most mysterious, legendary symbols of ancient Tatar history, hidden behind the curtain of many centuries, where it is difficult to distinguish truth from legends. In no case does not detract from its beauty and greatness.

There is a tale abot this tower. It says that Tzar Ivan the terrible built it as a request from princess Suyumbike when he proposed her. The tower is supposed to be higher of the highest mosque.

Падающая башня. Будете в кремле и её увидите. Есть пара легенд про неё, но все не правда. Просто оборонительное сооружение.
