I visited the bathhouse at the beginning of the week, on a weekday. There weren't many people, the atmosphere was nice and the staff were nice, I felt comfortable. I ordered tea after the bath and was unpleasantly surprised. The kettle turned out to have old, stubborn stains, which indicates that the dishes were washed carelessly, to put it mildly, which is still scary during a pandemic; the dust on the lid of the kettle also did not add joy. Well, drinking from dishes with chips and cracks is not very pleasant. Everything would be fine, but the price tag on the menu is the same as in local restaurants in Kazan. But despite all this, in the middle of the hall there is a basin with dirty dishes🙄 If the “restaurant” has such dishes, the question arises whether the steam room is washed at all) Everything seems cool, but the cleanliness still needs some work, it’s very off-putting.

Nice Place to Stay. Affordable prices. Good team. Clean and comfortable. Big Steam Room. The only thing is why the Bathhouse is prepared once every 2 hours. It's normal that every hour. Please, for a comfortable stay in the steam room, cook once an hour and there will be a tramp. Wood-fired sauna 👍👍👍 Temperature after the bathhouse attendant prepares Agon. Баня на дровах в центре Казани - это несомненный плюс, работают одновременно женский и мужской разряды, на разных этажах, что тоже хорошо. Под вопросом - тесная раздевалка, хоть и шкафчики на магнитных замках. Помывочная и парная небольшие, одновременно человек на 30-40 (парная) и 10-15 (помывочная). В помывочной на полу постоянно лужи, вода плохо стекает в сток, нет уклона. Зато есть 2 большие купели и 4 бочки. В парной висят травы, но их, видимо, меняют редко. Свежий пар только раз в 3 часа. На верхнем этаже кресла и столы - зона отдыха, подъем по ступеням, что не очень удобно. Кресла уже порванные. Стоимость 3 часов - 900 руб., в которые не входят ни шапки, ни простынь, нет даже пенки по зад. Обслуживание неторопливое, банный напиток теплый, меда мало, над рецептом нужно поработать. Пива всего 3 сорта, термос с банным чаем на 7 травах неплох. Альтернативы в центре нет, но есть, что совершенствовать.

Now on to the minuses - the font must somehow be filtered, it’s unpleasant after a person enters the font, which I didn’t do, but the main minus for which we got 3 stars is the cuisine, to put it mildly, tasteless, the onions are chopped finely to visually enlarge that there is a lot of it, the potatoes are cooked below average, I cook better at home, the greens in the potatoes are not fresh. Since 50% of the cost of the visit is the kitchen, that’s why this rating (3 stars) could have been all 5 stars, don’t skimp on the kitchen. Next time I’ll come to you only with my own food, because it simply tastes better, and your food leaves a negative impression.

Кому-то, как и мне, может показаться дорого. Грамотная организация предоставления услуги посещения бани. Если приходить за ~20 минут до свежего пара, то получается получить два свежих пара и успеть нормально собраться перед выходом и уложиться в 3 часа. Не весь ассортимент еды и напитков, представленных на сайте, всегда есть в наличии, цены примерно 200% от магазинов. Атмосферно, понравилось.

Excellent bathhouse, steam, hit sweet clover, horseradish (something unusual, rubbed a lot of it, it pierced my nose and for another 15 minutes I felt it in my nose... cool!😀👍)

Absolutely incomprehensible pricing. The girl at the checkout talked for a long time about different payment calculation schemes, in the end I stayed there for an hour, rented a towel, slippers, a robe, drank tea, warmed up in the steam room and paid 1,900 rubles. The steam room is very spacious, the steam is excellent, I saw how the bath attendants work - just super! Be sure to reserve a bathhouse attendant in advance; even on Wednesdays late in the evening there are no available bathhouse attendants.

Friends praised this place, but in the end, when they came to this establishment, they were not impressed. We were there on 12/5/23 in the morning. The bathhouse itself was cold (everyone who was in the steam room and even regular guests of this place) confirmed that the steam room was only warm. It was hot unless the steamer was waving directly at you. And it’s warm, but no more. It was also cold in the recreation area. It seemed that the room was being “ventilated” all the time. Well, the service left much to be desired. The waiter seemed barely alive and not friendly. Only mooing in response to questions. They took the fish soup. The soup is cold and the plate is barely warm. The dumplings were delicious! There are no questions for them. We asked for a glass of water and were told that they were no longer pouring water.

Зачетная баня. Почти ничего общего с общепринятым понятием общественной бани. Удобная раздевалка с магнитными ключами от шкафчиков, большая зона отдыха на втором этаже с большими кожаными диванами и массивными деревянными столами. Меню и официанты. А про парную и место для мытья с подвешенными ведрами с холодной водой и двумя большими деревянными купелями по типу проруби вообще и говорить не приходится - это надо увидеть самому. Да, совсем забыл, по расписанию (1 раз в 2 часа или что-то типа того) приходит парильщик и это вообще крутое зрелище. В это время в парной может собраться до 60 (!!!) человек. Вывод: советую.

The washroom and steam room were not cleaned. There were only two showers working, so we waited in line to wash ourselves. The water in the font was dirty, I asked to change it, but they refused. Feeling neglected.

An excellent option for relaxation, you won’t find a better place, I recommend it to everyone.
