ゴリ沖縄を見て興味があったので2軒目に訪問。
9時半過ぎに着くと奥の小上がりとカウンター以外は満席でした。
泡盛を炭酸で割った段ボールを頼んでお通しと一緒に到着。
段ボール・・・本当に泡盛なのにハイボールみたいでした。
泡盛と思えない飲みやすさで香りも楽しめます。
お通しも良い味付けでゴーヤの下処理がしっかりしてます。
苦味は風味程度でアッサリしたアテになってました。
本当は2軒目でお腹一杯気味なのでおそば食べて帰ろうと思ってましたが、お通しが良かったのでもう1品。
ジーマミー豆腐を注文。
そのまま食べると、ジーマミー豆腐にしてはちょい硬め、味は丁度良い感じ。
味噌タレと食べると、濃すぎない味付けの味噌と良くあってます。
段ボールをお代わりして、お目当てのおそば中を注文。
器ごと熱々で着丼。
これは本当に熱いので注意です(笑)
まずはスープを1口。
まさにお出汁・・・というくらい優しいカツオのアッサリスープです。
麺は中細で硬め。
噛んでると独特の風味がありました。
ソーキは柔らかくて味シミ。
これでビールもあいますね。
最後の方でグースーを使って味変します。
ワンプッシュだと風味が足されるくらい、もうワンプッシュすると少し辛さを感じられるくらいの優しいグースーでした。
すべて完食してお会計は3000円。
どれもちゃんとしてましたね。
飛び込みの1人でもカラカラ味煮会席2900円は頼めるみたいなので、次は1軒目で会席を楽しみたいですね。
