It's a lovely place. View of the the city is EVERYTHING... Gym and heated pool are an elegant touch 😊 Totally recommend 💯

Beautiful, well built apartments with a very nice view of Waiyaki way. Ample and safe parking. Very helpful receptionists. You need an ID if you're a visitor before you sign in.

The staff were great and hospitable. The apartments are well furnished with modern furniture and great views. Be careful with the security there. They will try and swindle you out of tips and lie to you about who you can let in and out for bribes. Do NOT let them bribe you! You do NOT have to check a guest in as long as you are with them and you can enter at any point on any elevator…lobby or parking garage.

The below comment is regarding the use of the pool part and no other parts of the building. I went to use the pool with my friends, after we rang and have been promised that it was warm water. We visited Jakaranda Hotel some days earlier and have been provided all amenities required. Thinking the same would be available, we didn't carry anything with us. When we asked if we can get slippers and towels, the receptionist rudely and unprofessionally refused and explained they don't provide these amenities. We were then asked if we wanted to go back home and bring our stuff, after we have already told the lady that we weren't from the area at all. Once we went in the pool, it was nothing like it was promised on the phone...water was freezing. We could barely spend an hour in there. I was completely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and the temperature of the pool. Lady at reception please change that attitude.

Unfortunately, the viewing platform of the glass footpath was closed, so I can't say much about it.
