👍 I loved it here.. the food at the Chef's Table restaurant at the rooftop was great. The wait time was reasonable between 15-20 minutes. The meal portions are also decent. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The view of nairobi national park and mombasa road is beautiful especially in the afternoo... People often mention great, stay, Nairobi, hotel, restaurant, staff, view, park, service, floor,

Wow…this whole place is beautiful with a view of the National park. This place has it all, find a restaurant, a coffee bar, BnB, a bar and a co-working space. I am definitely looking forward to visiting them again and enjoy a beer while looking at Nairobi National Park

My stay at the place was very entertaining and peace full. The place is perfectly located thus easily accessible by road. It has one of the most gorgeous buildings in Nairobi thus the name The Curve and that's still not it, the view gets better when you get in and see the massive swimming pool there. The customer service at the place is just perfect can't complain about a thing. It was worth the money for my short stay at the place.

Best apartment in Nairobi.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.. The service was world class and the apartments are tastefully decorated and spot clean . It has everything and more I needed. I was able to do a full service laundry during my stay which was great for me during my vacation . I highly recommend staying here if visiting Nairobi and also close to the airport. The restaurants on the 1st & 15th floor could improve their meal service. All orders tasted salty ,not sure if that’s the norm but overall I enjoyed my stay .

My girlfriend and I had a great staycation at the Curve by the Park. I had contacted Annie through their website and she was very accomodating. I find the value for money to be quite good in comparison to other places in Nairobi. I'll be back Pros - great location, Carrefour/nextgen mall is 5 minute walk away. Ole sereni for an afternoon drink is a 5 minute walk away -facilites are amazing! 2 restaurants, 2 bars (rooftop and pool area) and a coffee shop on site. Usually, I'm perturbed at substandard quality and prices of hotel food. However, the food at both restaurants was delicious and pricing inline with restaurants around Nairobi. Would have no hesitation to eat there even if not staying -Service was also stellar from front desk to restaurant servers -Gym was great, boxing is offered, gym doesn't have the most machines but most things you'd need. I believe free weights only go to 20kg but could be 24! Smyth machine, bench press a combo chest shoulder machine and a cable machine plus stuff for calisthenics and boxing -pool is beautiful although wish it were heated, but on a hot day will hear up quick rooms - beautiful! -Comfortable large bed -great TV and sound system makes relaxing with your special someone over a movie quite comfortabl -In room Washer a dryer 😍 was more than welcome and used frequently! Not often you come across a dryer in Nairobi -kitchen well stocked in terms of plates and cutlery etcwith great equipment including an oven and induction cooker and a large fridge and freezer Criticism -though most of these are relatively superficial -some reason key cards seem to be in short supply if two adults are staying they should get two key cards -some reason only one towel in the bathroom but was rectified when asked for more -maybe provide hand soap for bathroom sink Overall, was amazing value and comfortable stay

Beware. This place is not as it seems. Overall it has good marketing to draw you in but its a farce as the entire place is cheaply made and operated. Because its super hot with no AC they left the windows open upon check in and the rooms filled with mosquitos. My friend and I in completely separate rooms were both eaten alive all night and never slept. Not to mention: - Our keycards didnt work. Four failed and they never fixed the problem - Room had a half bottle of drank bottle water in it. Gross - No fans or AC. - Unprofessionalism all around. Nobody cares here. All just employees chasing a buck stuck behind bad upper management.

I loved the location. Not too much traffics so if you are staying for short stay before heading to the airport this will be perfect. Nicely equipped and very spacious. Nice view. Swimming pool was clean and good for kids. One thing, we had a problem with check-in. We waited almost an hour at the lobby and they said preparing the room (it was 4pm). We insisted to get into the room or at least to put our luggages in because we were worried if they might took over-booking?? but they said something need to be done with the room. Apparently it was very small thing that they needed in the room and we checked in safely. Not sure why they kept us in the lobby for nothing. Other than that, I liked the flat.

The best furnished aparthotel with value for money, proximity to shopping mall and accessibility. It tops my list! It's quite neat and spacious, has fully equipped modern kitchen, functional washing machine/ dryer not to forget the clean beddings.its a all in one stay cation away from home. BTW I enjoyed the steam Room. In addition, the internet is fast and stable. All the staffs are very friendly. 👍 Looking forward to visiting AGAIN However, please consider to vacuum your carpets, I found them dusty and dirty. Not at any point did they get vacuumed or done simple cleaning for more than my one week stay. 👎👎

Unprofessionalism all around. Stinky attitudes from staff.Nobody cares here. ROOMS were dirty, complained, and took them for 1 hour only for them to come and run the mop in the apartment. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING!!!Towels not washed properly, body felt itchy after using them ,DRYER NOT working, switches not working !!! Leaves the windows open, and the rooms are filled with mosquitos. My partner barely slept !! Do not book your stay here Tracy, who was on duty that night, had a very bad attitude .needs to train your staff .

We stayed here for three nights in a two bedroom self service apartment. positives- Beautiful apartment. Beds are really comfortable, Housekeeping was great, location was good, easy to find. Clean, Good views and value for money Negatives- constant power cuts! front desk staff unhelpful and rude. Hot water was not consistent, it would ran cold a lot. took two days to fix the bath and the hot water (The hot water still didn’t work) Food was average. Took ages.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment and it was perfect for our needs. Our reservation had not worked on Priceline, but they had a space and allowed us to check in early. The staff was very helpful in directing us to a nearby mall for food and even helped arrange transportation. The location is very convenient for travelers just needing space to crash and even had a full kitchen, nice linens, towels, etc. the 15th floor restaurant was closed on Mondays, but the breakfast on the ground floor was great.

Location was great. Around the corner from the safari park. You have a supermarket and other shops about 10 mins walk away. The hotel itself is very modern and very large. Plenty of space for the 4 of us with 3 toilets including 2 en suites.. Pool was cold but surrounding areas was nice. We got there 11pm but luckily the restaurant is open 24 hours a day.. just remember it takes about 45 mins for the food to come. We done a half day safari and even though the tour company forgot to pick us up, the reception staff rang around at 5.30am to get us a driver. The staff are so attentive and they bend over backwards to help you out... I highly recommend Curve by the park. They also have a restaurant on the 15th floor!

Everything from the reception to the bar at the roof top I'd say is exquisite. If you have the money I'd say you spend it here cause you also get a nice view of Nairobi national park while you're there.

My experience at The Curve by the Park was very unpleasant. The combination of poor customer service, a distinct lack of communication among the staff, and the unclean and poorly maintained condition of the rooms made our stay extremely uncomfortable. I expected better quality and service considering the price I paid for the accommodation. I would not recommend The Curve to anyone seeking a pleasant and hygienic stay.

After reaching the hotel, we were informed that our rooms are not available despite confirmed reservation, receptionist said that we can be transferred to another hotel instead (40minutes from the airport...), it was ridiculous because nobody informed us about it in advance - we received that information directly in the hotel... It was late evening and we had an early morning flight home the next day, we even had a taxi arranged for the next day already paid. We tried to ask the receptionist for help and for any room, but unfortunately she said that she can only offer us an alternative hotel... We received the info that we will receive a refund for the taxi that we paid but we haven't received that yet... But this is not the end of that nightmare... We were transferred to the other hotel by very small car (4 people with big luggages), one of us held big 23 kg suitcase on his knees... we received the information from the receptionist, that as a compensation, driver will pick us up in the morning and take us to the airport without any charge, we were waiting at 5am in front of hotel but driver did not arrive... we asked receptionist to call that driver and check when he will come, after few no responses he answered the phone and said that he will not come... we asked the receptionist to order for us another taxi and we received the info that he will do it but we need to pay for it.... WHAT A DISASTER!!!!!! We said that we will pay because we were under time pressure that we will miss the flight It was a huge amount of stress for us, incredible unprofessional behaviour, I strongly do not recommend that hotel, the worst experience ever

One of my favourite places in Nairobi! Just right by the park, strategic location! Close to the airport, access to The Express Way, 50m away from a Mall. Authentic, top notch finishing.

I ate at the ground floor restaurant and it was underwhelming. I ordered fish fillet and fries after my first option was unavailable. The fries were not cooked through. The fillet was mediocre. The black hot chocolate was okay though.

Fully furnished and great views from the apartment of the national park and city .. Service was good and prompt .. My only grouse ..: The furniture and bed was not sanitized .. The couch smelled funky and looked greasy . The table and chairs were dusty a d curtains / floor carpets were filled with something that looked like tiny ants .. I got red rashes on my back after sitting for 20 mins on the couch ..😲 and was down with fever for next 2 days .. The place can be great if they vaccum clean all the apartments thoroughly.. and then spray them.. like with sodium hypochlorite or something ..😆

Everything was as expected. Only 15-20min from the airport. They can arrange airport pickup and drop off on request, cost $25 each way. The appartement was big and clean. Food served at the restaurant on the ground floor 24 hours which is a bonus if you get there Very late. Staff were very friendly, I will definetly go again

Nice apartments but not well maintained, we checked in on Saturday 16th April 2022, but we had a very bad experience. First of all we paid the full amount at the reception In USd and we were to get change but the gentleman at the reception didn’t have change…we requested since we had children we shall have it count on the small bills that we would consume. Shock as we were checking out yesterday 18th April 2022 and we were being told we had not paid, then afterwards they said we paid less money. It’s quiet unfortunate that such a place would be doing its client’s dirty, I would never dream going back again there, plus the apartments are dirty.

My experience with customer service wasn't the best. I made an enquiry via email, got a response, followed up to check if I could tour the place before booking but I didn't get a response. Three days later I decide to visit the place anyway and request a tour. I arrived at 5.10 pm and was turned away. They said no tours past 5pm. I had patiently sat through the traffic on Mombasa Road on a weekday to get to this place only to be met by a not so helpful receptionist! She told me to return the next day in the morning (a work day) because I was 10 minutes late. Google says they are open 24 hours so I don't get it. A simple response to my email stating the 'tour hours' would have been great. What an inconvenience.

Had a lovely time here. Came for a weekend with the girls and it was great no complaints at all. The rooms were comfortable and quite clean. Swimming pool was heated which was a plus with this weather

Highlight is undoubtedly the rooftop bar and dining area. The views of the park and the city are quite amazing. Pool area was looking a bit run down but passable. Definitely chalking this one down for a revisit to experience the stay.

The place is beautiful and facilities are well done but the location does not make for a good night’s sleep. I was disappointed because I had asked repeatedly before booking if they had a pool that kids could use. I was told yes. I check in. My toddler and I change into our swimsuits only to be told that the pool is under maintenance. Please note that before paying for my staycation, I asked once again at check in and I was assured that we could swim. Evening comes. We were on the 12th floor. There’s a rooftop bar on the 15th so either join the party or bring your noise canceling headphones. I asked for another room and the staff graciously moved me to the 2nd floor. I was basically sleeping on the highway. Every trailer, bike and car that passes, you will hear it. It’s not a place for light sleepers. That’s for sure. If you can sleep through anything, this is the place for you. All amenities in one place.

A home away from home. My girls and I completely loved this place. The view is breathtaking, especially at night! The apartments are gorgeous, spacious, and very well furnished. Staff is friendly and helpful too. There's a pool, a rooftop bar, a restaurant... So you can order in or cook for yourselves- the kitchen is well-equipped anyway. I could say a lot about this place, but seeing is believing. Highly recommend

I have stayed at dozen of hotels! But this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in( the view from the Park). Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat… Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kenya!Thank you so much. Regards, Achy
