As
rumored,
the
receptionist's
customer
service
was
poor.
Please
think
that
the
quality
is
worse
than
the
convenience
store
clerk.
The
procedure
for
using
the
system
as
a
visitor
is
unnecessarily
long
and
requires
several
exchanges,
so
I
think
most
people
will
find
it
a
bit
irritating
and
unpleasant.
There
were
two
women,
but
they
didn't
smile,
spoke
matter-of-factly,
and
their
movements
were
sloppy,
one-handed,
and
lacked
any
sense
of
dignity,
and
their
arrangements
were
poor.
I
want
them
to
reflect
on
this,
but
this
review
probably
won't
reach
their
ears.
The
grounds
are
packed
full
of
machines
and
benches.
There
are
many
people.
I
felt
like
there
were
too
many
members.
The
atmosphere
was
like
an
old
gym,
and
the
power
rack
plates
were
in
5kg
increments
lol.
As
for
the
customer
base,
there
are
a
lot
of
macho
people.
Everyone
is
huge.
Many
of
the
others
are
office
workers.
I
get
the
impression
that
there
are
a
lot
of
serious
women
as
well.
It
might
be
stimulating.
Also,
there
were
a
few
people
who
looked
like
white
visitors.
I
asked
the
trainer
for
some
advice,
and
he
had
a
really
good
attitude
and
taught
me
well.
The
receptionist
is
very
different
from
the
receptionist,
and
destroys
the
most
important
first
and
last
impression...
It's
also
a
fault
that
the
employees
are
not
properly
trained,
and
they
are
adults
too,
so
I
want
them
to
reflect
on
themselves.
But...lol
lol
That's
how
much
I
was
concerned
about
the
customer
service
at
the
reception.
I'm
from
Osaka,
which
is
known
for
its
human
nature,
but
that
doesn't
explain
the
bad
customer
service
in
Tokyo
or
the
Kanto
region,
and
I
don't
think
I'm
looking
for
a
particularly
high
level
of
customer
service,
but
I
was
curious
about
it.
I
won't
do
it
again
lol.
I
have
over
3,000
visitors,
and
even
if
I
came
to
Tokyo
for
fun,
I'm
sure
there
are
better
gyms
out
there,
and
it
was
a
great
experience
because
I
felt
like
I
was
blessed
with
the
environment
I
usually
train
in.
