A relaxing park. There are many children and they are a little noisy, but they are very cute

Quite and peaceful and calm. Convenience stores and restaurants are located very near by. Also you can enjoy the food stalls.

I work very close to this location several times a month. This is a really well kept and delightful park. You can often see families relaxing here and enjoying the atmosphere. Overall well worth a visit.

Was actually here for the Octoberfest. Great selection of German beers and the food for the most part was pretty tasty. Bring lots of cash though as it's pretty pricey and you have to put a deposit down on your beer glasses.

Best place to relax, doing picnic, but can be too crowded during summer.

Lovely small open area park. Very kid friendly. Lots of seating area. Seems very dog on leash friendly. There is a Starbucks, a McDonalds and 2 Lawson convenience stores all facing the side of the park. It's a 5 minute walk from Nakano station. Lovely place to chill out.

Pleasant enough, but no swings or other playground equipment. Good for young children. Has a public toilet.

Relaxing park with a lot of children playing with their young parents, elderly people taking a stroll and sometimes even events like the Sichuan Festival. An oasis if you want to have some rest. Even though the park is pretty small.

These is a small park beside Kirin building. It’s really nice in summer time with all these people hanging around even late at night. Is a nice place to relax and have a wine or beer. Not so popular on winter when there is a shade from the south building and the winds here are very strong again because of the huge buildings around.

A relaxing space offering grass surfaces but also tables and chairs, Cafe terraces, water basins for for refreshment. A lot of people make it lively but not crowded. Recommended for family picnic and solitary poetic inspiration!

Great open space that makes you feel a little bit out of the din of Tokyo. Lots of places to grab a bite or coffee. This is the earthquake evacuation center for Nakano ward too. Under the park there are hidden storage spaces for emergency supplies and toilets. Come here if there is a disaster

It's not a big park but it's always open and we can stay on the grass all the night and have a picnic. The atmosphere is very nice. It's very convenient to have konbini and restaurants very close.

Nice park but the active effort to hinder coming by bicycle and parking bicycles there, despite all the available space is disappointing.
