Beware. The "attractive" and "luxury" Apartment they advertised and I booked on the internet was not what they gave me. What they gave me was the exact opposite. Not clean. Dirty water in the pipes. No amenities. No TV. Empty walls. No towels in kitchen, blah, blah. Barren environment. Gym is terrible. Cheap in every way. Really deserves one star, but the staff I dealt with was nice and apologetic.

Wonderful and clean apartment. Suitable for a family of 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms for 4 people and a sofa that opens to a double bed in the living room. equipped kitchen. Central location, walking distance from the BTS. Good value for money.

Unfortunately my wife and I booked N'Dee's place for a week, through airbnb, and cancelled the booking as soon as we got there. The place was very old, the tv wasn't working properly, the place was quite smelly and dirty, there was even urine on the toilet seat. The location is very good, right in the center of a busy area with a lot of to do but you can definitely find something better for the same price. I definitely don't recommend it.

Location is great, almost everything at a stone's throw. Apartment is ok, rooms are smaller. Easy to locate.

Old apartment, really really out dated. Selling point is the location. Try to avoid it if there someone doing business like Airbnb. Careful

The facility is about 20 years old and really showing it's age. The receptionist is surely and the owners don't want to spend money on maintenance like the pool. The location is good, but that's about it.

This apartment is a perfect location near the trains, restaurants, malls, and pretty much anything you need for day to day living.

Big rooms, good location. Very good price too. The downside is that its a pretty old apartment (but in relatively good condition) and lots of pigeons on the balcony. Not recommended to dry your clothes outside.

So this is a great option if you’re on a budget. The location couldn’t be better and the price is something you’re not going to find on Sukhumvit. We got a two bed two bath, living area, kitchen for the price of a standard room. The checkin is a little funky, you have to call the attendant. The pool has no shallow end for kids. It’s about 4’ deep everywhere. But a nice option for sure. Run down but large, clean and cheap.
