Comfortable bed and pillow, which is very important for me, friendly staff. I stayed here once before, but in a deluxe room, the standard room is not quite as deluxe, but will suffice for my needs. They have a rooftop bar and restaurant, which is convenient.

For a newly refurbished room, there were a few unacceptable faults. The AC can't be control period, impossible to adjust temp, fan speed or flaps direction. The water heater was connected to the sink but not to the shower. Overflows toilet tank. Construction work continues after 10 am on a Sunday!!! Guests should have been informed.

It is fine for a night stop, the room is newly renovated (repainted) we didn't have a good sleep because of the compressor outside the room was very loud.

Nice hotel conveniently located near a Big C Superstore. Great place to stop over if you are passing through. Comfortable beds, great showers, and nicely presented place to stay. The breakfast is great, especially if you visit the egg station which is located out the back of the dining area.

It's like 5 star hotel, without 5 star prices.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast of omelettes and Thai food. No espresso. The bed was a little hard. The air conditioning wasn’t strong enough and we were hot all night. Plus it leaked water into my suitcase and all over the floor. Service was very good. Comfortable sofas in the lobby. Nakhon Sawan is the city of mochi shops. There’s also a river walk and riverside night market.

Decently priced boutique style hotel in a rather good location opposite a 7-11 and some food places. The staff was friendly and the rooms were good. They have probably the best breakfast of all the hotels I have visited so far in Thailand, considering the price I paid for the rooms.

Worst breakfast coffee ever. Good parking and very central, next to lovely big lake park and shopping mall. Cheap upgrade from their basic rooms to more spacious rooms.

Good location, nice service BUT terrible towel & toilet. It's OK when you have no choice.

everything is ok. just the hotel not like 4-star. does not have kettle.
