Decent hotel to spend a night or two. I was only there for a few hours. Nice staff buy a bit off the beaten path.

Wonderful Hotel 15 minutes from the airport. (100 baht a person.) Beautiful rooms with a balcony over looking the swimming pool. Superb bed and full walk-in shower. We had dinner next to a small chanel which was very nice. Great helpful staff. This was our 2nd time we've stayed there and a unbeatable price for the Room. It was $35 dollars and we got a one time $15 discount from Expedia on booking through them!

Quick layover between Bangkok and Canada. This very close to airport is a hidden gem. The Grab was driving through alley and we asked ourselves what were we in for. Turned out to be nice surprise. Very elegant property that has upgraded exterior and in process interior. Very close to a great eatery that is maybe 5 minute walk. Rooms were ok, quiet, and roomy. Don’t expect a hot shower. Our room and daughters did not get hot shower water. Certainly woke us up for 14 hr plane trip home. Shuttle to airport was great. Only 300 B. I would not hesitate in staying here again even with the cold shower. lol

Ideal for transit and relaxation. The room was spotless clean and spacious. Bed is huge, pillows as well as the mattress are super comfy. The staff is very friendly. Wifi is 5 G and speedy. A very relaxed and tropical atmosphere with two pools, palm trees and riverview. Well maintained and beautiful grounds. Restaurant had good food for reasonable prices. Mall with afternoon market and huge food selection in walking distance. Highly commended.

Cockroaches 🪳 in the room !! Extreme disappointment with my recent stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an unfriendly, staff member during check-in, which set a negative tone for the experience. Unfortunately, the disappointment continued when we entered our room. We were horrified to discover many cockroaches (yes they get out at night and we arrived about midnight, careful if you arrive during the day you might not see them). This was completely unacceptable and posed a serious health hazard. Due to the presence of cockroaches, we were unable to stay in the room and were forced to seek alternative accommodations immediately. They offered us an upgrade, but let me tell you the room didn’t look better! We informed the hotel staff about the situation and requested a full refund. However, they were unwilling to offer any compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused. This lack of understanding and customer service further solidified my negative impression of the hotel.

Staff were friendly, but the room not cleaned. And they allowed guests to smoke on the balcony. But the smell of smoking get into our bedroom and we don’t like the smell of cigarettes. Otherwise I would say it nice setup hotel with coconuts trees right outside our bedroom. And it’s was too many mosquitos in our bedroom.

Out of the 4 hotels we stayed in and booked through Agoda while in Thailand, the Aranta Hotel was the worst. Thankfully we only stayed one night. We had to change rooms twice. The first room was very run down, and looked nothing like the photos on the website. Come to find out, they put us in the old part of the hotel that had not been renovated. We were moved to the renovated building which was much better... for about 20 minutes.  Once we were in the 2nd room and about to get settled in, I go to the bathroom and there is water dripping from the ceiling. I assume from the air conditioning unit. So again we have to contact the front desk to complain. This time they tell us we can move to the room next door. So the staff person let's us check out that room. And we asked if we could wait a few minutes to let the air conditioning run to cool down the room and make sure that one wasn't leaking too. He tells us that's fine and he'll be back in about 10 minutes. So we wait and he comes back and checks the room. And I follow him to check for myself. He then gets on the phone in the room and I assumed it was to call down to the front desk to let them know everything was good. So I went back to the other room to wait on him to confirm everything was ok and give us the key to the 3rd room. He never comes. So we call the front desk AGAIN!! And we are told he thought we decided not to move. What!... with a leaking air conditioning unit and water all over the floor!... why would we choose to stay in that room? And why would the hotel even let us stay in that room? What sense does that make? So we finally get the key to the 3rd room and move our things. By this time it's 11pm and we haven't eaten since early afternoon because was were traveling all day. According to the restaurant flyer in the room, it's open until 12am. So we call to try to order some food. And are told their closed. No explanation as to why. So then we ask is their a microwave we can use. No, no microwave. We ended up just eating some snack foods we had with us and going to bed. Breakfast the next morning was cold. But what was the most frustrating part was how unhelpful the staff was. They acted so put out when asked questions.  Both the evening staff and morning staff were rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
