As a foreign tourist it’s nice to feel safe and that you are welcome. Unfortunately, I felt none of this when I arrived at this place. Firstly, I was growled at by two dogs, then the young male on reception failed to acknowledge me, he was more interested at looking at his phone than dealing with customers, hardly the welcome one would expect. Customer service -5. The room was clean and adequate for one night. They are tight with WiFi, you need a special code and can only log on one device, more than that you have to pay extra. It is well priced at 350bht for one person. Location is really good, close to shops, restaurants and food markets. Not sure what the other options are in this town, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed here 3 times now and I would say its value for money. I always sleep well, felt safe and the people are nice.

This had been my first choice, but when I checked out the room I saw the bed is the thin foam type that's rock hard. I was told all the beds were this type, so I left. It's too bad as the place looked decent-enough otherwise and a good price at 350thb for a single room. If you're ok with a very hard bed, I'd recommend it. Otherwise you can try the Somsri Apartments (hotel) on the other side of town (going south). It's where I stayed and was happy.

Daily rental in an apartment building. For 350b the room is fine if you can handle a bed hard as a rock. Staff at the reception was fine and friendly as I could speak Thai. There is a cheap steak restaurant next door if you are bored of Thai food 😍 Otherwise, good location near the market, but still not downtown (Khun San Road).

Cheap but not very cheerful. Not very clean. One of the water bottles in the fridge was open and half empty. Can feel the springs through the mattress. The WiFi system requires registration and approval which pretty much means your not gonna have WiFi!

Nasty and cheap accommodation, unhelpful staff and very dirty bathrooms. Your rock hard bed comes complete with only one sheet and a blanket of questionable cleanliness. I had to escalate my complaint to management just to get a second sheet. I will definitely never stay here again.

Very well equipped place for a very good price! All rooms have a private balcony!
