I have stayed here many times with my wife whilst travelling between Chiang Mai to Bangkok and other destinations,but got a humiliating surprise recently on my last visit whilst checking in alone and using my passport as ID for the first time. After spending the night and immediately after finishing a less than average breakfast I was approached by Police, questioned and photographed without my consent.I was questioned what I had ate for breakfast, how many coffee's did I drink per day, did I speak Thai,,where was I travelling to and from etc all in full view of other guests. I had originally planned to depart at 8am but slept in after my long journey and set out to depart around 9am before my Police interrogation. Whilst I understand the onus is on the hotel to fill in and submit a TM30 form within 24 hours of a foreigner arriving in any hotel or guest house in Thailand by law, it is my belief that the Hotel management may have went one step further by actively collaborating with local Police by alerting them when I came down for breakfast otherwise the Police amazingly timed their run to the minute. No reason or apologies were given for my humiliation, this despite being a middle age law abiding resident of Thailand and married to a Thai for over 23 years. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or stop in this town ever again. Please be aware as a non Thai staying in this place you too may be subject to being interrogated and photographed by local Police for NO REASON WHATSOEVER. Shame on them and an embarrassment to Thailand. *Please note 'King size beds are two singles stuck together and very uncomfortable, if you must stay here insist on double bed.

The rooms are clean and a decent size. Internet is difficult to connect to you have to log in with FaceBook and we could not get it to work. We were woken around 1am by the people in the next room moving furniture between rooms. It's in a good location for the major highway but not a lot of food options nearby.

A great deal hotel in NakhonSawan is located opposite of Macro supermarket. There’s good service, car parking, very soft bed and pillows and various food a breakfast. I had came here twice and also loved the place 🥰

Did not stay there but visited colleagues. The property has an open shelf by the reception so sell essentials like a micro-mart, and an open shelf displaying imported varieties of snacks. They were very generous to availed their Breakfast restaurant to be use as meeting / seating place after its morning hours.

I like the breakfast the most, lots of options and I can enjoy porridge everyday !!! Hair dryer can be requested for free and car park is big. And macro is just opposite the hotel, nice one!!! Highly recommended 🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭👍👍👍

The good stuff first... our Suite had a good room size. No the bad stuff... room is moldy, no windows at all. The check-in staff did even looked up of her phone when we check-in. The front office clerk told us where the room is located and that was it... my wife is 7 months pregnant and we had to ask 3 times to get help with the luggage. The breakfast buffet was the worst I have experienced in over 10 years of living and traveling with in Thailand. Everything was cold, eggs sunny side up have been precooked hours before, the only good thing was the cornflakes. Not worth the money and definitely not 4 stars rather 1 star.

Please don't stay at this Hotel. I have booked one Suite Room and one Standard Room thru Agoda few months ago. When check in reception say staff problems Suite Room is not available will change two small room for me and refund balance. This is not acceptable because this is not convenient to me which have 3 kids. I believe this hotel management got problem because I saw there is other guest staying at that Suite Room which is suppose my room.

Clean and comfortable room, but not a 4-star hotel. This is a 3-star hotel that like many others receives little upkeep after construction when the advertising photos are taken. Hotel is located near the highway and easy to get to, but there are no restaurants or much of anything else nearby open after dark. Arrive early if you are hungry! Thai style breakfast was ok, but food was cold.

Small and cozy. Room is ok. Service is ok. Breakfast has variety choices.

Simple room, simple breakfast, pet friendly. Overall it’s okay staying for a long trip.

The stay is really comfortable. I also liked the breakfast in the morning. It was really delicious. The location was convenient as it is a short drive up to the lake. Would definitely recommend this to people who are intending to go birding near the beung boraphet lake there.

First, the room was good but air cond. was not function. After called the front to check then they agreed the change to the other room that better air cond.

Its a local hotel with cat theme, you will find cat around the lobby. This hotel is in the town opposite Makro department store. Even though its locate at the road side but its quite and clean to stay.

It's just "ok". Close to the highway so easy to get away in the morning but the area is not a good place to stay. No restaurants or even a convenience store. The room was "industrial" decor. Bed was comfortable but it was very noisy starting around 6 am (traffic, people in the halls). Breakfast was good with a selection of thai food and some western cereals and bread but only instant coffee (no coffee or kettle in the room). Internet was fast and reliable. Not recommended and I would not stay here again.

Soundless proof, I can here a side room clearly even they took a lid, and so annoying theirs bad spoiled kids 🙄

It’s an alright hotel. Great location, had plenty of parking, good choice of breakfast, there was no handwashing soap so had to use the shower gel (wasn’t a big problem). The coffee machine was a great addition. When we checked in, the room did smell like bleach. So we had to open the window to get rid of the smell. The TV is too old though, so even though there’s a channel showing Hollywood movies, we couldn’t change the language to English. Even the remote control was written in Thai. That was a little annoying. We only stayed for a night for a stopover. No big deal.

The hotel is located in the town of the city. The room that we choose has two king bed. The room is well equipped with all the sanitary. With a huge living space. It’s suitable for family and friend. There are a lot of cute cat at the hotel.

I had a good dream and wake up it early this morning^^ A wonderful natural phenomenon that a rainbow floats out of the window and a good energy that feels like something is going to work out, this hotel has friendly staff, and the breakfast is excellent. Need the room hot warter would, be fine as long as you can drink it. Recommended if you want to have a quiet and comfortable rest. The manager is very friendly. I love here hotel^^

Rooms could use some TLC but otherwise everything was clean. Their King mattress is definitely two twin or full mattresses put together and is kind of stiff. The best feature is the cats.
