For the price (490 baht) this hotel was excellent. Credit cards accepted with no surcharge. Large room, good bedding, OK bathroom. Small balcony. Large windows so plenty of light. Lots of shelf and desk space. Good WiFi. Well located near Big C mall and plenty of restaurants and bars. Also nearby park for walking and cycling. Staff friendly and helpful. Let me put my bike in my room for security. Free coffee all day. Booked an extra day.

Okay. So I've given it five stars. That doesn't mean it's the Four Seasons. But it is a very decent place to stay considering the price. The rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean and adequate. The location is superb. There was no Kettle in the room, but I was given one at the front desk when I asked. Perfect. Many of the rooms have balconies, and if you're a smoker you can smoke there. Otherwise you are standing in the parking lot in full sun or well, rain. The front desk staff spoke English and we're very helpful. There's a delicious beautiful Park steps from the hotel. With what appears to be about a kilometer walking and biking track around a large beautiful Lake. There's quite a spectacular dragon and manicured grounds at the head of the park in the front. I don't really know what there is to do and what appears to be this city that's a little sleepy, but not so dusty, as some Thailand towns are. There are lots of restaurants steps from the hotel. There is an odd breakfast that served every day in the hotel, and it costs 70 baht, or slightly more than two US dollars at the current exchange rates. There's an odd coffee machine in the lobby that distributes free coffee at the push of a button. One is for espresso, one is for cappuccino, and one is for Cocoa, they're all identical, and with lots of sugar. There was no black coffee option. But no big deal. I just took the kettle and made a large cup of tea and took it down to breakfast with me. And for all of this I was paying the equivalent of 12 US dollars a night. That's why I gave it the five-star rating. Everything has to be relative. At the Four Seasons the Bellman wouldn't even look at you for 12 US dollars. Highly recommended and if I return to Nakhon Sawan,I will return to the PA VILLE Hotel! ( not to be confused with the PA Place Hotel!)

This is a nice little hotel friend of mine book for us on a holiday. Not really expensive. 450 THB a night the rooms are clean. The bathrooms are good-sized and clean could use a little updating as it is a little bit of older hotel. But for the price I think it's very worthwhile. I have stayed in worse places than this for much more money. There are the few bars close by so you can watch them for a drink. There is a big C mall approximately two blocks away so you can have anything you want as a great food cort. Will definitely stay in this hotel again when coming to this location.

Good location just next to the park! Walkable distance to places for eat and drinks. Nice Japanese restaurant at the front of street.

You get what you pay for. Ok. It's a old style but the air and fridge cold, shower hot, mattress stone hard, tv and wifi working..... What do you want more for 570 ?

This is a great hotel. For me, what stands out most is the wonderful staff, who could not have helped me more.
