But it turned out to be an ordinary dental office and a doctor in a robe. What's the point of taking a child there? And they position themselves as a children's clinic. A big plus is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary. Prices are average.

The woman at the reception is very polite and prompt and pleasant. She explained everything and showed me. The service is very good.

Terrible service, there is a rude person at the reception who doesn’t want to work, I called them for two days in a row and they didn’t answer the phone. If you can’t make an appointment for an ultrasound, then the doctor is on vacation, or there are no places, or the doctor is sick, or they’ll come up with something else....

20 people in line, no amenities for parents with children, full corridor, stuffy, all sick, no separation. The appointment is useless.

A week later they contacted us again because... there was no improvement, she prescribed another antibiotic, two days later we went to the local pediatrician, she listened to us and gave us a referral to the hospital, with a diagnosis of left-sided pneumonia. In horror, I call Volkova and explain the situation, tearfully asking to see us, after all, she treated us, to which I hear the answer “no, no, I can’t see you, if your doctor has given you a referral, then go to the hospital immediately.” Bottom line, I quickly take the child to a pulmonologist, he examines us, there is no pneumonia, just acute bronchitis, the prescriptions were not made correctly, so the treatment was in vain. After visiting him, my son began to recover quickly within three days. Imagine if it weren’t for him, we would now be in the hospital and a bunch of rubbish would be poured into us. I definitely won’t go to this clinic now, if the doctor refused to see you or was afraid to take responsibility, then you need to think about what kind of personnel work for you.
