As a result, the client leaves dissatisfied and will never return to this salon!!! Dear Gulnara, you should clean up the ranks of your masters, since if you are asking that kind of money for services in your salon, then the quality of work should correspond to the price! Yes, and the interior leaves much to be desired. The verdict is this: the salon is of an average level, but the self-esteem is off the charts for some! BUT I WANT TO PRAISE THE EYEBROW CORRECTION MASTER, NELLY, SHE IS A MASTER OF HER BUSINESS! IT DOESN’T MATTER, THE CLIENT COME, PAYS THE MONEY AND SHOULD GET AN EXCELLENT RESULT, and it doesn’t matter to the client whether the salon workers are friends with each other or not. Based on the reviews, supposedly you can sit down with any hairdresser and oops, I didn’t guess, I was growing my hair out to get a good, proper haircut, an ordinary ladder (cascade) with what " my “master didn’t do a good job, I didn’t really dry my hair, water kept dripping on me, I didn’t comb my hair before starting to cut it, I cut it at random, then I tried to hide all the flaws with thinning hair, that there were still “icicles” on my head, I also asked “ WE WILL DO THE STYLING SO THAT (!) I CAN SEE THE HAIRCUT AND I WILL CORRECT THE HAIR FOR DRY HAIR..." Not to mention the fact that she cut my hair for at least 2 hours. In general, I was left with a bad impression; for 900 rubles, any simple hairdresser would have given me a much better haircut!!! I decided for myself not to go to Natella (that was the name of the master)!!!

We visited master Indira, the coated manicure was simply terrible. The coating is uneven and sloppy. They asked me not to remove the length, I cut it off almost completely. The nails are terribly sharp, probably to open the veins after what they saw. During the process, the master watched TV series (!!), and then started talking with relatives on WhatsApp... Manicure without coating - she sawed her nails directly on the skin, injured her finger, treated it with peroxide, not alcohol. There is no hardware manicure in the salon, the stone age.
