A bit below my expectations but overall is good in condition and white color make me feels comfortable and feels clean and chic. Good Location with bicycles or walk. Just behind Wat Phumin and Saturday night walking street especially during this cool season.

Attractive boutique hotel, within walking distance to the famous Wat Phumin and the week-end night bazaar. Good international breakfast. Nice and clean room.

Good location (near Wat Phumin), beautiful and clean property. Room is functional with living area provided. Bike is available for free. The most special is breakfast.

Best location. Good exterior, but the room quiet damp and bad smell restroom. Liquid soap is good smell. Matress is not good. Breakfast is ok

What a find. Great hotel with good location next to temple, night market and bus booking for guided tours of Nan. Room consists of lounge with sofa , large TV, fridge, tea/coffee etc. Separate bedroom with huge TV and a lovely bed. Big bathroom. The breakfast is amazing. I can't recommend this place highly enough

The best location hotel in NAN downtown. This hotel is so close to attractions especially weekends night walking street. They have plenty of parking lots and rooms Room was clean and ok. But the paint point is toilet’s ventilation, ceiling is very low and no fan. This make a lot of humidity.

Very nice and cozy hotel, breakfast is nicely served too. Location is great although street is quite narrow but only short distance from main road.

Good location, very close to attractions in town by just cycling or walking. The room is nice with a built-in living in standard type. But only thing which I notice is a problem is parking area is too small and limited in high season.

Good decoration. There're area in the room. Near food walking street and Nan downtown. Breakfast was good in decoration but need improve a bit of taste

One of the very best hotel for the value.

A novel room layout, divided into a small living room with TV and aircon, then a door to the bedroom with its own TV and aircon and then another door to a spacious bathroom. A nicely fitted out property. Breakfast choice is also very extensive. The only negative, like so many newer provincial hotels in Thailand, was that the walls are like cardboard - poor sound insulation from adjoining rooms.

This hotel is very clean. A good place to stay because it's near the tourist spots. The breakfast they prepare are also delicious

Nice clean room. Great location not far from the walking street night market(100m). Breakfast needs some improvement some are a bit cold(eg. Egg, sausage).

Great location for access Phu Min Temple (walk only 1 min to the temple) and room is quite big and clean
