The new rooms with in-room onsen bath are well equipped and spacious. The staff was able to communicate in basic English. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious with the menu changing every day. There is a large shop with local delicacies and drinks in the lobby.

A nice place for team building or traveling by group. They offer rooms with a large capacity of more than 6 people. The waitresses are very nice and friendly. Food is superb and delicious. The open bath area (Onsen) has a great view of the bay.

During corona I was expecting bentos to be served for breakfast and dinner but we had great, fresh and hot meals. The room was clean and large, but the amenities like ping pong were closed early. There is no game center which was a disappointment.

Reservation staff was able to communicate in English by email. They also have very helpful and attentive English speaking staff. My train was delayed by heavy snow and they were able to accommodate and picked me up at the train station. Excellent food and sea view of Noto island.

Overall experience was really good. One of us couldn't eat fish, and they accommodated our request and replaced sashimi with beef (I emailed them in advance) . Also they upgraded our room to a partial ocean view and much bigger room. Hot spring is located in front of the ocean and the view was very nice. Finally they picked us up at Wakura onsen station and dropped us off at the bus terminal for our tour the next day. We'll stay there again when we visit the area.
