Mcdonalds Nadi is one of the most friendly and cleanest fast food outlets I have ever been to throughout Fiji. The food is just too yummy and tasty. Friendly customer service from the staff. A play area for the kids is so convenient and also enjoyed and loved by the kids. Really impressed with with their services and keep up the great work😊👌

Bad service, I asked if the fries was hot nd the waitress replied it's straight out of the flyer but I had to send it back because it was cold......long waiting time. Had to ask to give a better serve of ice cream like it is shown in the picture because the soft serve ice cream was very little, .....less than half of what shows on the picture, .The nuggets were good and hot when served

It was a bad experience. I dont want to come back again to McD. They gave a wrong order, and when i went to change, they said it can't change. And the staff start shouting at me and i asked the manager. And they finally changed my order. Mistake on taking orders is ok, but I cannt finish my meal becz of the disrespectful and mocking are unpleasant. Set. Hasta nunca

Food is always great in maccas! Stuff are friendly and service is good too. It's always nice and cool inside. Taken that the west is hot. Calm atmosphere.

Supppeerrr fast service. literally the quickest I've ever received McDonalds from the hundreds I've probably visited in my lifetime. They have fried chicken option which is not common in this chain, but AVOID. Terrible seasoning and breading, and the chicken tasted old not fresh. Takeaway bags had no sauce or soviets.

Great customer service! Very friendly too. Nice talking to the security guards out front. Gave me some great tips and things to do on the island.

We ordered a Chicken Aioli Wrap, Big Mac and 5 pc hot and spicy. Big Mac and 5 pc was good as always but the Wrap looked very disappointing. Wish the quality of the Wrap improves and also it is disappointing to see sometimes that the workers are not bothered about the orders which are purchased. Improvement needed.

Recently had fries that weren't the usual McDs, tasted like supermarket fries.

Alot of ordered from here. Fiji is the one of the lucky countries to have Hot & Spicy Chicken on the menu. It's a must try. 4 stars because fresh slow food over fast food any day 😋

Everytime I order 2 piece spicy chicken and specifically ask for drum stick and thigh portions i have to wait 20 minutes . Today i asked for drum stick and thigh i was given breast and wing portions .Only this branch has this issue if the portions asked for is not available just let the customers know instead of wasting our time and spoiling our meal

Workmate asked for a vege burger and yes they gave a vege burger which consisted of bun and lettuce with mayo only.

We have to repeat our self like 5 time and still we got wrong order but we except the order. I wish there is an option for give 0 star,I will go with that then.

Food was actually nicer than Sydney much cleaner tasting. Nice set up kids playground etc Apparently the first maccas in Fiji. Problem was no coke no sugar ran out of chocolate sauce no oreos and blacked out a few times. Staff were friendly and service fast. Sizes are American like a huge coke so if you don't want huge just order medium drink it's a large in Australia. Fish fillet burger with salad looked awesome!

The hot n spicy chicken in Nadi is always over fried and dry, not the same as Maccas in Ltk & Suva

Could be better. 2019 UPDATE: They have redone their interiors and the result is impressive. Very unlike the standard McDonald's one is accustomed to in the US and Canada.

Friendly staff, managers are mean to the workers. All the meat is halal frin what the staff told me. Find was good, fries were far from hot on several occasions.

Very good customer service and delicious food. Notably, their staff member - Amelia - helped above and beyond. I was on vacation in Nadi and didn’t have the internet to inform my friend that I am waiting there. Amelia given me the hotspot and even left her phone with me and told me to “use as long as you need”. Even-though I just took one min to text my friend but Amelia’s trust in her customer was exceptional and really inspired me. I was deeply touched by this gesture and couldn’t forget the name. I believe staff like Amelia and others there are the true picture of Fiji’s hospitality and welcoming spirit toward the international tourists in the country. Love from Canada 🍁🇨🇦

Standard menu offerings although not exactly the same as other countries. I think the main difference is that breakfast isn't available all day and the hot and spicy chicken option - pretty good from what I tried but not worth the price even if in FJD. I quite liked the mini cookies from the McCafe which I bought to takeaway for afternoon tea or a pool snack during my stay at the neighbouring hotel. There's only one self-service machine - not enough for how busy this branch gets. Seating available indoors and outdoors.

Loved the self serve counter. Easy to select menu, pay through eftpos machine, collect receipts and wait for your receipt number to be called out to pick your meals. Convenience🙌

Probably one of the cleanest places I've been to in Fiji, and gave me a taste of home - they even had McCafe and if you're from Melbourne, you just know ! I ordered a veggie wrap and it was kind of sad. It was limp and the veggies were soggy and not fresh at all. My partner ordered a chicken wrap and the chicken had a bit of a kick to it, however no fore warning was given which is a bit strange. The fries were not fresh at all, and tasted a bit like cardboard.... People seemed friendly and the service was prompt.

Everything was OK, but the spicy chicken was dry. This was our fourth dine -in. Would be good if Mac Donald's introduces Chilly sauce

It's good that it opens till midnight, but if it could have stayed open 24 hours, that would have been great. We came about 10mins before it was closing time for them and they could not make the hot and spicy chicken for us therefore we had to go for the McChicken meal.

Very fresh and tasted amazing, But forgot to add things to my order, I ordered a kids nugget meal and I was asked what sauces I wanted with my nuggets, I answered sweet and sour. Opened my order in the guides car and saw she forgot my child's meal And then went back in to ask for it but then she said she didn't press it. So then had to go back to car and get my money then came back and the line was massive so I ended up.missing out on the meal. But one of the best, freshest tasting big macs I've had !!!!

Never Let McDonald's staffs at the Drive through for you to wait at the CarPark they will vring over the rest of your Order. Never Let them. Stay at Your Drive through until your Order is complete

Maccafe suva is not recommended for coffee you order something else you get something different , no way to know as you drive away , such pathetic untrustworthy service . Ordered tall cap with soy milk and extra shot , got skim milk with no extra shot . You thin we are dumb we don’t know how coffee tastes .

McDonalds is what McDonalds is... Fiji Maccas is what I expected it to be only with some slightly different menu options. But it was still just what I wanted at the time and did the trick :)

Ordered on FijiEats and the order never arrived so after an hour of waiting my husband walked down to order our meals again. We order the x2piece hot n spicy chicken meal and fillet o’fish meals. The chicken was stale, I had to chuck it out as it was too hard to eat. Both our chips were dry.. tasted like they were made hours ago and our drinks were warm. Definitely wouldn’t recommend! Making food fresh needs to be a priority.

Visiting from Australia, I called into the McDonald's Nadi store today for lunch with my family. Store was clean, service was good - spoke to team member "Nemo" who was very polite and friendly. An enjoyable experience. A few hours later we noticed that my daughters necklace pendant was missing so went to the 2 stores we had visited over the last few hours. No luck at the first store we visited, so went back to the second being McDonald's Nadi. The manager and team members were very helpful and caring. When we were speaking to the store manager, one of the team members recalled seeing it on the floor. The pendant wasn't expensive but had a lot of meaning to it for us. They checked their rubbish bags out the back and amazingly found it. They went through so much hassle for us. We would like to thank everyone at the store who helped us find the pendant. I will visit your store again next time I come to Fiji. Good work McDonald's Nadi!!

The staff taking orders has a mind of their own. If they much up your order them you can hear their sarcastic comments as if the food they gave us which was over 100 hundred as if it was for free

Ordered. They took the money and later could not supply the order so asked for any other replacement orders. I just asked for a refund. Pathetic service as the employees were just not aware wat was happening. Really need to upgrade on customer services

The atmosphere is nostalgic and the food is consistent mostly but at times it changes in taste.

Very spacious to begin with although we got there an hour before closure. Didnt really get to stay abit longer but it was ok for me...service was prompt but i guess that was because it was almost time to close which is fine - not entirely their fault, we just got there abit late. Cant really give a proper review, maybe next visit and hopefully abit earlier than that. Otherwise the place has access to a spacious car park lot, like every McDonalds outlet, the outlet in Nadi has also a drive through and the amenties inside are👌. Thats about it from my end...over & out
