I had stayed at two Apartments du Louvre - St Honoré and Le marais in August 2023. It was an excellent experience. The apartments are well located and clean. Thanks to Fernanda's active reaction and all the help, ours stay in Paris is well organized! Anyway, highly recommande!

Very nice apartment in the heart of the Paris tourist district. Very helpful staff and all you need for a short stay. In my opinion, the best possible location you could ask for.

    - Clean and very furnished apartment - Fantastic views, including part of the Eiffel Tower - Perfect location to access Paris, either by walking, bus or train. - 7 minutes from Châtelet–Les Halles for easy access to and from CDG airport - Good on-site locker facilities for leaving your luggage after check-out (first come, first serve, basis). - Perfectly equipped apartment with all conveniences like dishwasher, washing machine, air-conditioning, etc. We're definitely returning!

The 2 bedroom penthouse duplex was perfect for our vacation of three adults and a kid. Had everything we need, including more than enough hangers and closet space. Lots of dishes. Lots of towels. Lots of seating. Living room/dining windows looked out to lush and private patio gardens. With windows open, you get the lovely sound of cafe chatter below and the church bells in the distance. Complete quiet with windows closed. Did not hear a thing. Sometimes I’d forget we were in the middle of a major urban center. Could easily walk back and forth to attractions and activities and multiple train lines. Also plugs-ins beside each bedside with proper usb and usb-c ports means you can charge all your devices at once and not just one at a time on your sad little adapter from home. Some cute quirks like a toilet in its own room and the sink being in another, or the elevator being smaller than in North America, but this is a bit of charming old Europe and isn’t that partly what you came for?

The staff were friendly and the room was clean that is the only good things I can say. Our room looked nothing like the pictures! It was me, my partner and his son in one tiny room with the sofa bed in front of the bed so certainly not ideal! The pillows were huge! I asked for a smaller one but it was a no, luckily there was an IKEA next door so I went and brought a new one. The shower door didn’t close so the floor flooded. The view outside was a wall. The blinds were pointless, so far away from the window with nothing behind them. The hotel has the worlds smallest lift, got max 3 people squeezed in!

Building 45 unit 22 is perfect for 2 people. It is very spacious and has a double insulated bedroom, a perfect location, a dishwasher, clothes washer, a very comfortable bed, a stovetop and microwave, a deluxe bathroom, and tons of amenities. It also has the most comfortable pull out bed couch we have ever slept on. However, if you use it, consider bringing a sleep mask and earplugs. It remains a five-star experience this way. The curtains are thick and darkening, but not enough to keep out the streetlight right outside your window if on the couch. Similarly, the apartment is quiet for being in the middle of the city, but the bars across the street can be a bit noisy quite late if sleeping on the couch. A cheap eye mask and earplugs completely cure this issue. Overall, very safe, with fresh fruits, award winning baguettes, and friendly top rated restaurants at your door. Simply superb.

Excellent apartment, location and staff. we visited Paris in June 2022 for 3 nights. we are a family of 4 and the appartment was very comfortable with many facilities. the neighborhood had everything we needed, groceries, pharmacy, boulangeries, restaurant and wine bars. The apartment was close to shopping areas and the metro line from where you can reach easily Champs Elysee and Place de la concorde. we especially enoyed that it was close to the louvre and Seine and walking distance from many other attractions.

We stayed as a family of 5 in the top floor 2 bedroom/ 2 bath with 2 terraces and it was perfect for my kids first trip to Paris. We had plenty of space, air conditioning worked very well, and was able to do laundry in our room. The location is so central and we walked all over Paris. Management is also very kind and lends out umbrellas when it was raining. The staircase inside our apartment was steep though so would not book that room if you have very young kids or mobility issues. My friends rented a studio in the same building and loved it as well. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Paris!
