Hanoian here. Really really wanted to like this place with “Hanoi” in its name. Everything is on point — amazing vibes, great decor, and great service, except the food tastes nothing like it. I ordered a chicken curry marmite dish, described in the menu as “prepared in Hanoian style”. Presentation is great, portion is generous too, but the taste is just… bland. I didn’t taste any fish sauce (nuoc mam — the core pillar of any Vietnamese dish) in there, and that was such a let down. Whoever is in charge of art direction/branding for the chain is doing an amazing job however — decor, theme, imagery, prints, etc, but for it to work the food needs to match the expectation. “Promise made - promise kept”, you shouldn’t be unfamiliar with this core principle of marketing…

A wannabe fusion Vietnamese restaurant that ends up a bit like a poor imitation of a proper Vietnamese place. Firstly, the Vietnamese dishes themselves lack the Vietnamese dishes that actually have fusion (i.e. French) influences; like Banh Xeo or Banh Mih. The actual Vietnamese dishes are fine, neither terrible nor good. What’s not good are their other actually non Vietnamese dishes like Pad Thai, where the noodles are soggy and devoid of the sweet, savoury spicy contrast you expect in Pad Thai. Their bubble tees are also a mockery of the actual Taiwanese beverage too.

This has become one of my favourite Vietnamese restaurants in Paris. The food is authentic and it's very reasonably priced. The Pho was very nice and the portions are more than reasonable - I can assure you that I did not leave the restaurant hungry. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I have been here twice so far, both times alone, but on my next visit I will definitely bring my friends.

I really liked the atmosphere here. The music was really good. Give that DJ a hike!! Food was underwhelming though. Maybe we went too late at night. The pad Thai was very dry and flavourless. Service was nice.

We had horrible experience there . The food was tastless . The beef bao buns were not good in forms of texture. The chicken spring rolls ( nems) were extremely oily and tastless. The salmon noodles were not good since noodles were extremely cooked and sticky we raised the issue to the waitress she was careless did not give dam we left plate as its … too bad to charge these prices for tastless food

Great place! Very nice design, friendly staff and big diversity of dishes and also cocktails. I had the pho soup, it was not the best according to my taste but I enjoyed the overall experience. The portions are relatively big and they are prepared and brought to you super fast. Overall it's a must visit place for the overall atmosphere, however can get a bit crowded and loud.

Colorful, hip and fun, this restaurant is happening and exudes a vibrant atmosphere. Their extensive cocktail selection makes this a cool place to chill over some drinks with friends. Their food, however, is sadly not up to par with authentic Vietnamese street food, and is rather underwhelming. The Pho was pretty bland and their papaya salad was completely missing the spicy yuzu dressing sauce. The tastiest dish was the chicken skewers.

Vietnamese in fusion taste. Not authentic. Rice dishes are more like Indian food. Pho soup served almost cold. Not hot at all. Service is good. Price is reasonable .

Nice music and atmosphere! The food was delicious!! However, it took quite some time before we got the food, but the restaurant was full, so understandable. Furthermore, there was no space in between the tables.. boa

Fusion Asian food restaurant. There is Pho in their name but it is actually not a Vietnamese restaurant. The vibes was amazing. They mixed arts and culture of many countries into this lovely place. The food were also fusion into a new familiar looks. For example, you ordered Phad Thai and it's looked almost like the ones in Thailand. But when you tried, you will taste a little twisted from other country's spices. Food was good service was friendly.

Great vibe, like the live DJ, decently priced and pretty good food with fast and friendly service delivered by Julia on the particular evening we were there. It’s a bit tightly packed but that adds to the vibe and coziness, just be careful how much food you order at one go as it might be a struggle to fit it on the table. All in all definitely worth a visit

Many of the good ratings come from scanning the QR code on each table that promises you to play a game and win a drink etc. In the moment you scan, you automatically give a 5 star rating. The food is below average and far from being at least halfway Vietnamese. The service is friendly but lost. You want salt & pepper? Difficult. You want mayonnaise or ketchup for your fries? Doesn’t exist. You want your entrees before your main? Nope. Avoid this place if you can.

If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food, this isn’t it. If you’re a hipster who has never tried Vietnamese food and just want to go somewhere with a fun environment, then this is the place for you. The staff were nice but it’s a shame they took the vegan pho off the menu because it’s a staple Vietnamese dish rather than Pad Thai which you may surmise has Thai origins. Seriously, the food tasted like a backpacker went to Hanoi for a week and tried the food there but was too drunk during his trip to remember what the flavors were so he just added random local vegetables and light seasoning. The pho didn’t come with basil or lime and it’s as if they’ve never heard of tofu before. It’s okay because from skimping out on ingredients, they were able to build a heated patio and decorate the place to their heart’s content. I regret eating here.

Pad Thai Chic is by far the freshest and well thought out dish. Every flavour from the ingredients was spectacular. Taqi my waiter was very patient (considering how busy he was) and happy to talk me through the menu. This is my second visit and it will most definitely not be my last. Highly reccomend!

The ambiance is great, very colourful and lively! Very instagram-able! So is the food presentation. The food is good, it’s not out of the world amazing. But definitely a cute place to visit!

Absolutely love this place. My favourite restaurant in Opera. Casual, fun vibe with fresh authentic delicious Hanoi fare. Worth a try for something refreshing and filling. Taki is such an attentive, friendly waiter. The quality of the service, food and venue is second to none.

The staff was nice. The place was lovely. The Vietnamese coffee wasn't great, unfortunately. The coffee did have the scent of Vietnamese coffee but it was full of ice. I know it is usually served with ice, but there was way too much ice that the coffee taste was completely dissolved with the ice, it became so plain and watery. Photo attached shows the leftover ice after we finished one of the coffee cups that we had ordered.

Appetizer- 4⭐️ Drinks- 5 ⭐️ Service- 5 ⭐️ Vermicelli bowl - 5 ⭐️ This is a viet fusion restaurant (I did not know that prior to arrival). My sisters ordered the curry chicken rice and pot of pho - we would not do this again. Both bland. For apps, we ordered the tempura gambas -delish! Also the ravioli crispy, which were fried vegetable gyozas - basic but good! I had the Sat-tu-bun, it’s a beef vermicelli bowl with a vegetable egg roll. The egg roll was a little sour and not my favorite but everything else on the bowl was pretty good. Drinks were refreshing. Passion fruit tea boba - real passion fruit flavor - meaning a little sour. IYKYK. I had the Hong Tang Hanoi cocktail, refreshing and not too sweet. Service was great! Super friendly! They have an English menu too 😉

Best Vietnamese restaurant in Paris! The vibes are funky and authentic, and so are the dishes! The service is fast and helpful for English travellers, especially the exceptional service from our waiter Cristian. Would recommend!!
