    I went there asking for a replacement leather strap for my old Santos Cartier watch. The sales assistant whom I approached accused my watch as being fake watch because the glued part of the leather strap was coming off. I was taken aback and told her my watch was 11 years old. I live in a tropical humid country. She didn't apologise but "raised her eyebrows". I wanted to purchase the new Panthere but changed my mind because the employee was crass, rude & lacked common sense...

    We greeted on entry and waited about 5 minutes for my SA. Was taken upstairs to the bar. The food their was amazing and overall the boutique looked and felt chic. I tried on the trinity bracelet. I was slightly disappointed with the limited amount of choice for the bracelet but other than that was a great experience.

    We had to wait outside in the heat and were told it would take 10-15 min. Once finally inside, we were asked to sit down - to wait another 15-20 min as we were only told then. No water offered. When in Paris there are many better things to do than wait in a store. Please be straight to your customers upfront about the total wait time so they can make an informed decision about spending their time in Paris in your waiting line or not.

    Terrible, rude & snobbish customer service ever experienced! Even though we were well dressed, they all acted arrogant and no one would make eye contact or even respond to our Bonjouir even though the store was practically empty. I won’t waste my time & will buy my jewelry elsewhere. I don’t know if the person who manages the store is clueless about customer service or trained in laziness or discriminatory or just an untrained manager. But in the world of high end fashion this treatment is not a way to do business

    We have had an amazing experience at Cartier thanks to the excellent service provided by Lijie Luo who was kind, patient and impeccably professional throughout our visit. We walked in to buy a bracelet and ended up getting two. The store has been recently renovated and looks and feels chic. Thank you so much Lijie and Cartier. Thank you so much Lijie and Nicolas Fonteneau !

    Without a doubt the best experience I’ve had in a Cartier so far! (And I do not think it can be topped). I had to wait some time to get in to the boutique but even when queuing the staff were helpful and extremely kind, I was luckily to receive one of the best saleswomen who made my experience even better! Also, I cannot forget to mention the lovely perfume advocate who greated us and was also extremely polite and kind to us! I have purchased a few pieces in multiple different boutiques but I do not think this one can be topped and whenever I return to Paris I will always now come to this specific store, thank you

    This has been my favourite store in Paris. I always come to this branch, it’s less busy compared to the rest and not overpacked. The entire staff is very attentive, especially Malik at the front desk who has been exceptional at looking after us at all our visits!!

    A wonderful visit to this location with the friendly and very knowledgeable Yasmine. I would love to return again! Gorgeous store and location with kind, helpful service and advice. I made an appointment for a Sunday afternoon which made for a seamless experience. Merci!

    We always had a good experience in especially this store with Madam Meiridiani. She provided us a top professional service / introduction to the Cartier products and the world of Cartier. We liked this store because it is small and intimate and because we always feel welcome by the staff and especially by Madam Meiridiani. We can only provide our highest recommendation her this store and the service provided.

    Today I went in to purchase couple rings which I had an eyes on for sometimes now. I was immediately impressed by how professional and welcoming the staff were at this location. From the beginning when you walked in until you finished your shopping experience. The whole floor team today is very professional. Corinne is my assistant, she was fabulous, super friendly and knowledgeable about the brand. Thank you for making my trip here in Paris even more wonderful!!!

    Beautiful store. The girl at the entrance took quality time to show us around and explain the collections, for which I took my time to browse through and discover. I will definitely shop here again.

    Yes, I know we weren’t the best dressed today, but we were left to wait quite a while outside and then once we were allowed inside, we were left alone without assistance or refreshment while we waited, despite three members of staff being unoccupied. Perhaps I am spoiled and have come to expect bette rid other Cartier locations.

    I went to check several watch models as I was planning to buy. From the man who opens the door to the lady in charge of watches the service was rude, cold and unhelpful. Only one male staff was lovely and showed us upstairs to the watch section. Very disappointing for a maison like this. I went across the street to go buy a gift at Hermes where the staff were welcoming, helpful and lovely.

    The two gentlemen near the door now (May 10,2022)3:15-3:30 pm were the nicest. They offered us the best store where we can get all the products that we wanted which were not available in their store now. Very nice people!

    I called in with my wife to purchase a watch. I can not commend the quality of the service we received from Sarah highly enough. We were treated with courtesy and warmth and were made to feel special which is what you want when in a high end establishment. Sarah made a pleasant occasion extra special.

    Visited this boutique on Valentine's Day. Lijie Luo waited for us at the entrance with a warm welcome. He efficiently asked what I wanted and proceeded immediately in presenting me different options. I was planning to buy only a watch, but the boutique's ambiance and Lijie's excellent customer service made me buy also my first Love ring (the first in my future collection!) . They offered my partner and I a special Valentine photo and at the end, Lijie presented me an exquisite bouquet of flowers and other gifts. Lijie even sent me a follow up text to inquire if I have received our Cartier photo via email as I requested. What an impeccable customer service!!! Bravo to the manager of this boutique who ensures each client live the Cartier experience, and most importantly to Lijie, who made our visit an unforgettable one.

    Worst experience ever. I hardly or never comment publicly but felt a need to do so in this case. Went down Monday morning and it was raining. There were only 2 of us at the line outside and the shop 2 couples and 5 salesperson. After 1 couple left, the 4 salespersons were standing right in front chatting and laughing while we were standing in the rain. I pushed and asked if we can be let in and was told its full and we have to wait 20mins. I understand the strategy to create an illusion of demand and queue but the audacity to make your customer wait under the rain while 4 salesperson were just chatting and laughing in front of the main door is crazy. At least go to the back and hide and have a cake!!
