    This was my second trip to this location. The first was okay but nothing impressionable. The gentleman that helped me didn’t really want to help me and lied and told me they didn’t have what was looking for nor did he check to see if a store at a different location have what I wanted, which I found out the next day this location had everything and more of what I was searching for. My salesman on the second go around was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and patient with me. I had an idea of what I wanted along with items I was looking for. The different levels in the store making it a whole shopping experience. Women’s section, men’s section, shoes/accessories. If I could shop this store once every quarter I would be here. The funds were unbelievable. The prices are so much less than the American markup.

    My wife loves This brand (she calls Louis her boyfriend) and whenever we are in Paris we go to this store as they usually have everything in stock. It is the flagship store so it is beautifully decorated. We have been lucky and never had to deal with a waiting line but we’ve seen long line walking by. I was a bit disappointed they do not offer any refreshments as in past due to Covid but hopefully they will go back to it in few months. Service was excellent as always, this time the lady was named Lilit. On the other hand, The cashier was far from pleasant and very cold, emotionless.

    It’s just straight up 5 stars . It’s that good that even if you don’t get to buy anything , you still has amazing experience . I have been to different locations for LV worldwide but this one is a whole different level . Their service here is 10 stars . Their merchandise is 15 stars and their different collection is 20 stars . They also help you with the tax filing to get it back .

    Had two visits of this store and the last one made me want to write this review and give it a 5 star. Ophelie went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. She was friendly, caring and helpful. I have never had anyone in LV store being as knowledgeable and friendly as her. I worked with another person in this store and he didn’t even know the LV bags well. When I gave him the name and color, he didn’t know anything about it. Overall I’m happy with my experience. Despite the long wait to get in and I would come back because of good sales reps like Ophelie. Thank you for the great experience.

    I had to ask for service to purchase a purse as a gift. Twice! High price, but you knew that already. Bring your passport to get VAT back! Beautiful store, 3 stories, expect to wait in line outside unless you have an appointment!

    I always said I'd buy my Louis Vuitton in Paris and I did! The experience and memories I will cherish forever! Yes, you have to wait in a line to enter, you'll need your passport as an American, but once inside you're assigned a salesperson who makes sure you have a complete experience. They're professional, educated and accommodating with out ever making you feel rushed. You could stay as long as it takes to decide or not. I'm so happy with my purchase (s)!!! I love saying I got my Louis' is Paris!!!!! Merci!

    Multi level store on main Champs Elysees, Paris with almost everything present that I did not see at many other locations. There's a bit of lineup to enter but it moves fast. Staff is courteous; though extremely busy, we were quickly helped by a very kind salesperson. She helped us choose, brought in coffee while we waited and bid us goodbye to the door. Great experience!

    I made an appointment online prior to my visit to Paris. Arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled time. Entered quickly and was immediately paired up with a personal sales assistant. Her name was Valerie and she was fantastic!! Extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, approachable and patient. I had a tour of the store. Champagne. Truly VIP treatment. Highly recommend this free service of scheduling an appointment ahead of time. The store is amazing. Very happy with the whole experience

    We came here to buy a gift for Bae's mom. Ulysses helped us out. He was fluent in English and was able to provide excellent service. He was very patient with us as we went through multiple purses. He was able to help us find a specific bag that was the last one in stock. Very thankful. The one we got was about $2,350 with two tone brown. First time for me to be in such an expensive spot. Definitely recommend Ulysses when shopping here . Ig@blacktigereats

    Stunning flagship site. Everything is so pristine and luxury. The sales rep was helpful, although hard to find one at first. She made the shopping and buying process a lot easier.

    Be prepared to queue to get in but enjoy the complimentary drinks that you get brought. If your from abroad remember to bring your passport with you to get your tax rebate on your purchase. No passport at the time of purchase, no rebate! It’s clearly their flagship store in Paris and it was busy, staff were not immediately available to serve you but once paired up the service was as you would expect, faultless. Bags were sampled, passports presented and monies paid. One very happy shopper.

    Make sure you have a LV agents reserve do you can have a amazing experience! We were there for 2 1/2 hours with champagne. Our agent took us upstairs and brought the latest goodies to us instead of peeking thru army of tourist!!!

    Have been here the Arc de Triomphe few times and only have time to visit this LV store for the first time. The queue was moderate and nevertheless it didnt take long for us to be in there. Knowing some of the SA might not be patient but she was really friendly, good and helpful. 👍

    This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I booked an appointment about a month in advance. About a week prior, my SA reached out to me. His name was Damien and he was INCREDIBLE. We texted back and forth on the different pieces I wanted to look at. When we got there, we went right inside and Damien was there to greet us. There was a line outside, so booking an appointment was a must. Damien gave us a tour of the store and then brought us to our own little desk with champagne and water. He brought out every bag and wallet we had talked about. He never once rushed us or got annoyed with the questions. I asked to see a few more bags and he gladly went off to get them. At one point we had about 8 bags in front of us and my husband said " I think you need to stop asking for more" Damien was so so helpful. I was also buying a present for my mom so we facetimed her and he talked with her about the different colors and uses. We bought a Loop Hobo bag, and 2 wallets. Bring your passport to get the VAT tax. They explained the whole VAT to me and how to do it. It was seamless, I received my VAT tax about 4 days later. I did the price comparison vs buying each of these pieces in the states and I saved over $2000 American dollars. I will never buy LV in the states and only in Paris from Damien.

    We came to the shop in the morning so we did'nt wait a lot of time until get into the store, the workers there were so nice , welcoming and knowledgeable about the products especially the one that stand in the entrance of the store although she knew that we came there just to have a look and not to buy. The store was very big and exemplarily designed, was there a very big selection of products ,from smallest until the biggest. It was realy a special experience.

    've been in love with this company ever since the 80's when I was still in grade school and jobless, LOL. I saved my allowance and bought a few pieces, all from the Ala Moana Center location in Honolulu, HI. Of course I had to at least peek inside this flagship store when we were in Paris!? Was I going to purchase anything? Of course not. Why would I when the Euro was about 1.5 times higher than the US Dollar? I can buy it back home on Maui for less. We were walking around the famed Champs-Élysées and came upon this behemoth of a "boutique". My gawd, it's an entire building. It takes up and entire city block on all four sides. It's six or seven levels high. It looks like a department store, bank, museum, and corporate HQ all-in-one. Naturally there was a line to get inside, full of curious people like myself. Once inside, it was simply gorgeous. Soaring high ceilings, beautiful decor, inventory as far as the eye could see, and of course that smell of fake leather, real leather and richness, LOL. I'm not sure what was on the upper levels (probably offices) as we didn't stay long because we were in Paris for crying out loud! So much more to see... My dream is to own a vintage trunk just to display and gawk at. Anyone got $25K laying around?

    I went to repair a peice of luggage. It’s another entrance so no need to line up on the GV avenue the entrance is on Bassano. I have to wait a bit, but once it was my turn the service was great! And for some types of reparations it is free and for life.

    Very friendly staffs and warmed welcome to the store. I would highly recommend to make an appointment if you don’t want to wait in line. People started to line up prior to the store opens. Our sales associate - Angel was very attentive and surprised my wife with a custom design bag. We are coming back next year to pick up.

    I travelled from Australia to visit this store as a belated 30th present to myself, and was apprehensive given the varied reviews regarding experiences and service - however I was so glad I made the trip! I took the advice of other reviews, and arrived at about 9:30am and indeed a queue was already forming. We went inside shortly after 10am, where we were greeted and shown to the handbag area downstairs to wait for a sales assistant. Within minutes, one arrived and after showing him the bags I was torn between, we were taking to a lounge area upstairs while he retrieved the bags (regrettably I have forgotten his name!). My husband and I chatted with the SA about the aspects of the different bags, and he then also retrieved a selection of wallets so I could have a look. We were offered beverages and opted for water + coffee. One thing I will say as an FYI is if it is your first LV shopping experience, the account they set up + payment card + your passport must all be in the same name, so my husband had to run back to our hotel nearby to get his passport as were we paying on a travel card which happened to be in his name. (We needed his passport to claim the VAT back exiting France) Not a huge drama though! Overall everyone was really lovely, the store is beautiful inside and they had everything I was looking for. Is that because I went in May, and not peak season, maybe, but I can only review on my experience. I would definitely love to come back if ever in Paris again.

    Visited the flagship store and was attended by 2 lovely person (Coco and Tom). They patiently walked me through the building, explaining the architecture, and presented me with options for the handbag style I was looking for. They helped me with ordering the bag that I wanted and the entire process was very pleasant.

    Beautiful, large store. Our friend was shopping and the sales person was very accommodating and helpful. There was a line to get in; they pace the volume of the store according to available staff to help shoppers.

    Yes there was a line and no I didn’t wait too long. I went this December (2022) on a very cold Wednesday morning. I was given chocolate chaud as I waited for 25min to get in. Once inside I walked around and just checked out the store in all its glory. Once I was ready I asked the manager for an available sales assistant. She was very helpful and patient! Had a great shopping experience 10/10. Don’t forget your passport if you are not an EU resident for that tax refund!

    My first visit to the store. Had to wait nearly 1 hour to get in. I was served by Chunheng Hu who was extremely friendly and attentive. I already had an idea what I was looking for although she helped me with alternative suggestions. The store looked lovely. We wished we had more time to look around.

    Ridiculous line, purchase a Speedy and wallet. When saleswoman was showing me the inside, she laid a small canvas pouch containing the lock & key on counter. She packaged it behind the scenes, came back to where I am staying to find no lock & key. Started calling, was hung up two times, then closed so no answer. I sent 2 emails, no response. Called USA and they are unable to help. But she could see where I had emailed them, just no one bothered to respond. Finally spoke to someone at the Champs Eylsees store just to have them say someone will call me back. Still waiting, worst customer service experience ever. I refuse to spend another 3 hours in line when the salesgirl is the one who forgot it. If I go back, taking everything back. My dream purse is now just a nightmare!

    Store is extremely pleasant to shop in. It was huge like a maze. It was quite crowded but luckily found a SA, Lisa Rechenmann. She was so nice and patient to showed me all the items I was looking at. Can’t resist on going back the 2nd day to get 1 more bag! Definitely will go back again!

    A lovely young man looked after us very well. Wheelchair users: there is a lift in the shop, But unfortunately can't explore the entire store freely. As you all know, independent means everything to physical impaired person.

    This is the best Louis Vuitton store I have had the pleasure to visit. The staff were overwhelmingly polite and willing to pour time into my experience. Incredible product variety (essentially one of everything, and I mean everything!) and even got a chance to go through the back entrance to the Personalisation workshop, where I was helped out for free, even fixing one of my older LV products they had some wear. Great experience, will probably only shop here the next time I need something from LV

    Such an amazing layout. I found myself lost in wonder for an hour in this store. Incredibly aesthetically pleasing and offers such a wide range of products. The SA’s were super nice and helpful but also friendly and funny. We joked about and overall helped to improve my experience in the store. And, the queue went down very quickly, whilst also being greeted with a complementary hot chocolate of which was rich and helped keep me warm until entering the store.

    The mothership store- as everyone calls it. Definitely an experience, queuing up to enter the store. They give you hot chocolate to tide you over, while you wait outside, so that is good. The SAs are focused on the customers who are ready to spend. Nothing new- to be expected from most lux stores to be honest. Just prepare yourself if not you would be in a rude shock if you only want to window shop. Selection was good. See my pics!
